使用五個運算轉阻放大器及四個接地電容器實現四階橢圓濾波電路之分析合成法

摘要


本論文使用運算轉阻放大器(Operational Trans-resistance Amplifier;OTRA)為主動元件,實現四階橢圓濾波電路,並以分析合成法求出五個方程式,每個方程式個別以OTRA表示電路。由於目前電路設計最普遍使用的主動元件為運算轉導放大器(Operational Trans-conductance Amplifier ;OTA),而OTRA有著與OTA對偶的特性,故想研究用此元件設計出之電路是否有著與OTA一樣之性能,接著由於橢圓濾波器的振幅與頻率響應是最接近理想情況的一種,所以我們採用橢圓濾波器,故本論文使用運算轉阻放大器OTRA為主動元件,設計四階橢圓濾波器。 本論文電路模擬採用H-SPICE搭配TSMC SPICE MODEL 0.35μm製程參數進行電路模擬,以及使用Matlab軟體,操作頻率設定在1MHz。針對電路進行振幅與頻率響應、敏感度、穩定度、功率損耗、線性範圍、動態範圍、蒙地卡羅、雙頻干擾頻譜模擬與雜訊等特性進行分析比較。

This paper using Operational Trans-resistance Amplifier (OTRA) as active components to achieve fourth-order elliptic filter circuit and using Analyze the synthetic method (ASM) to calculate the five equation.Operational Trans-conductance Amplifier is the best active component currently(OTA), OTRA has dual properties and OTA, so we use the OTRA as active components in this paper. Since the Elliptic's amplitude and frequency response is the best in all of the filter so we use it to design fourth-order elliptic filter circuit. We compare simulations of the lowpass fourth-order elliptic filter circuits and the highpass fourth-order elliptic filter circuits that use H-SPICE with TSMC SPICE MODEL 0.35μm process.This paper simulations and comparator circuit sensitivity,stability,the linear range, dynamic range, Monte Carlo, intermodulation frequencies, and noise.
