高中生的多元文化人格、文化智力與學校適應之研究：以桃園市為例

A Study on the Relationships among Senior High School Students’ Multicultural Personality, Cultural Intelligence and Shool Adjustment: Taoyuan City as an Example

摘要

本研究旨在探討桃園市高中生多元文化人格、文化智力與學校適應之現況，並分析來自不同背景變項的受試者對此三個變項之差異情形、探討三個變項之間的相關、預測以及因果關係，並探究桃園市各行政區高級中學在上述變項得分之群聚情形。本研究採問卷調查法，以桃園市27所公私立高級中學學生為研究母群體，抽取1200位學生為研究樣本，得有效問卷1093份，以「桃園市高級中學學生多元文化人格、文化智力與學校適應關係之研究調查問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數差異檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析、SEM結構方程式與集群分析法等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果歸納如下：
一、桃園市高中生知覺其多元文化人格、文化智力與學校適應之現況佳。
二、不同背景變項（性別、年級、族群背景、家庭社經地位、學校規模、學校位置）的高中生對多元文化人格、文化智力與學校適應之知覺有所不同。
三、高中生多元文化人格與文化智力呈現高度正相關，多元文化人格與學校適應、文化智力與學校適應則呈現中度正相關。
四、高中生多元文化人格與文化智力對學校適應具有預測力。
五、高中生多元文化人格、文化智力與學校適應三者間具有因果關係，且多元文化人格對學校適應不存在直接效果，必須透過文化智力為中介變項對學校適應產生間接效果。
六、桃園市各行政區高中生在多元文化人格、文化智力與學校適應有群聚關係，以分為二組為佳。

This study was aimed to investigate the current situation, different background variables effect, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among senior high school students’ multicultural personality, cultural intelligence and shool adjustment in Taoyuan City. The method adopted in this study was survey research. Adopting stratified random sampling, data were collected from 1200 samples in 27 schools. All data collected were analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, SEM, and cluster analysis. The conclusions are as follows:
1.Multicultural personality, cultural intelligence and shool adjustment perceived by the senior high school students in Taoyuan City are significantly above theoretical average.
2.Students with different background variables have significantly different perception in multicultural personality, cultural intelligence and shool adjustment of senior high schools in Taoyuan City.
3.There is a high correlation between every two variables of multicultural personality, cultural intelligence and shool adjustment.
4.multicultural personality, cultural intelligence have the significant prediction toward shool adjustment.
5.“Cultural intelligence” is a moderate variable between multicultural personality, and shool adjustment.
6.In Taoyuan City, every district presents in different groups in this research with three variable scores.
