本研究旨在探討科技大學餐旅群學生學習動機、學習滿意度與生涯發展之關係,其主要研究目的為:1.瞭解科技大學餐旅群學生學習動機、學習滿意度與生涯發展之現況;2.探討不同背景變項科技大學餐旅群學生在學習動機、學習滿意度與生涯發展上之差異情形;3.探討科技大學餐旅群學生學習動機與學習滿意度相關情形;4. 探討科技大學餐旅群學生不同之生涯發展在學習滿意度上之差異情形。 本研究以自編之「科技大學餐旅群學生學習動機、學習滿意度與生涯發展之調查問卷」為量化研究工具,研究對象為分層立意抽樣之18所科技大學餐旅群四技日間部學生,共發放540份問卷,回收有效樣本為370份,有效問卷回收率為69.81%;並輔以分層立意抽樣法選取6位科技大學餐旅群教師及學生進行質性訪談。 綜整獲致研究結論為:1.科技大學餐旅群學生整體學習動機與學習滿意度之現況屬於中等程度;2.不同學校地區、就讀系別、就讀年級、工作卅實習經驗在學習動機上有顯著差異;3.不同就讀系別、就讀年級、工作卅實習經驗在學習滿意度上有顯著差異;4. 不同性別、學校地區、就讀系別、就讀年級及工作卅實習經驗在生涯發展上有顯著差異;5.科技大學餐旅群學生之學習動機與學習滿意度呈現正向相關;6.不同之生涯發展在學習滿意度上具有顯著差異。根據研究結論,本研究提出對於教師、相關單位、家長與學生及後續研究之建議。
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the learning motivation, learning satisfaction and career development relationship of hospitality students in university of science and technology. This study was to explore: 1. The situation of subjects students’ learning motivation, learning satisfaction and career development. 2. The differences of various background variables in learning motivation, learning satisfaction and career development. 3. The Relationships among learning motivation and learning satisfaction. 4. The differences of career development in learning satisfaction. The main tool of the study was a self-edited questionnaire named “Learning motivation and satisfaction with career development in university of science and technology”. The study adapted purposive sampling to select hospitality students from the 18 universities of science and technology four-year programs in Taiwan. The researcher distributed 540 questionnaires and received 370 valid samples, which accounts for 69.81% of the population. The study also used purposive sampling to choose 6 teachers and students in university of science and technology to conduct interview. The major findings were as follows: 1. The situation of subjects students’ learning motivation and learning satisfaction had middle degree. 2. There were significant differences in grade, major, school area and work experience in learning motivation. 3. There were significant differences in grade, major and work experience in learning satisfation. 4. There were significant differences in grade, gender, major, school area and work experience in career development. 5. There was significant positive relation between learning motivation and learning satisfaction. 6. There were significant differences in career development in learning satisfaction. On the basis of the study findings in this research, some suggestions were given as the reference for teachers, parents, students, relate units and further research.
