隔代教養家庭祖父母復原力之探究

摘要


本研究旨在探討隔代教養家庭祖父母因應教養困境與生活壓力事件之復原因子為何,以及復原因子對隔代教養祖父母的影響。 本研究採用質性研究中的深度訪談法蒐集資料,共訪談四位隔代教養家庭祖父母,主要研究結果如下: 隔代教養祖父母因應教養困境與生活壓力事件的復原因子有正向的人格特質、信念系統、處理問題的有效技巧、與孫輩的正向互動關係、家族其他成員的支持、宗教信仰、朋友的支持、民間公益團體與善心人士的協助、社會福利政策、學校系統的功能發揮。而這些復原因子對隔代教養祖父母的影響有減輕課業指導壓力、祖孫關係連結更趨緊密、經濟壓力的舒緩、體能負擔減輕、安於現況、寄託未來、負面情緒的抒解、正向情緒的強化與培養。 最後,研究者根據上述研究結果加以討論並提供建議。

The research aims to treat how cross-generation grandparents cope with upbringing difficulties and what the resilience factors of life pressure events are and how they have an impact on cross-generation grandparents. The study adopts in-depth interview of the qualitative research gleaning and I interview four cross-generation grandparents in total. The main results are as follows: Both cross-generation grandparents dealing with breeding difficulties and the resilience factors of life pressure events have positive character qualities, belief systems, effective techniques to handle problems, positive interaction with grandchildren, other family members’ supports, religious beliefs, supports from friends, civil charitable groups and assistance from well-wishers, social welfare strategies and exertion of school systems. And the impact from these resilience factors on cross-generation grandparents has eased them of instructional pressure and made bonds between grandparents and grandchildren closer, relieved them of the economic pressure, lessened physical burdens, living in the present, building hopes on the future, effusion of negative emotions and strengthening and development of positive emotions. In the end, researcher discuss and provide suggestions based upon the above research results.
