深度休閒文化志工學習經驗之研究

摘要


論文摘要 本研究以國立自然科學博物館、國立台中圖書館、國立台灣美術館及台中市政府文化局等四所文教機構之文化志工為研究對象,旨在探討深度休閒文化志工學習經驗對其生命帶來的影響及改變。 本研究採質化深度訪談的方式進行,並輔以半結構式的訪談大綱來蒐集本研究所需的資料。訪談由四所文教機構推薦長期且仍持續樂在服務的深度休閒文化志工,分別有上班族、自營商店、家管、退休教師、職業軍人等,共計男性2位、女性4位,參與志願服務年資從7至21年不等,年齡則介於44至62歲之間。透過六位文化志工生命故事的描述,以瞭解文化志工初始參與志願服務的動機、持續參與因素、服務學習經驗,及其對生命所帶來的影響與改變,再進行研究結果的討論。根據研究發現,歸納出結論如下: 一、深度休閒文化志工參與志願服務動機包含個人心理需求、人生角色轉換、外界影響及社會服務動機四項,與生活情境密切關聯。 二、深度休閒文化志工持續參與志願服務,具備深度休閒參與者的特質,所以願意「歡喜做,甘願受」持續參與服務工作。 三、深度休閒文化志工參與服務學習歷程得到豐富的學習收穫,與其本身態度積極主動有關,而獲得愉快學習經驗則願意繼續參與服務。 四、深度休閒文化志工參與志願服務經驗促成個人生命觀點蛻變,對個人生活及生涯發展帶來影響及改變。 五、長期持續參與志願服務的文化志工擁有深度休閒特質,並負有文化傳承責任。 最後,本研究根據上述研究結果,針對深度休閒文化志工、志願服務運用單位、政府相關單位,以及未來相關研究等方面提出建議。 關鍵詞:深度休閒、文化志工、志願服務、學習經驗

Abstract The research was based on culture volunteers from four culture and education institutes including National Museum of Natural Science, National Taichung Library, National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and Cultural Affairs Bureau of Taichung City. The purpose of the research was to explore how the serious leisure culture volunteers’ learning experiences affect and change their own existences. The research employed the in-depth interview approach. Two male and four female serious culture volunteers recommended by the above four institutes and with extended and willing participation were interviewed by the researcher. The volunteers respectively were an office worker, a proprietor, a housewife, a retired teacher, a career military, etc. These six culture volunteers were interviewed and their life stories were accounted in order to understand their initial motivations, persistence factors and learning experiences of volunteer participation, and also the growth and change that brought about to their life. According to the research findings, conclusions were made respectively as follows: 1.Serious culture volunteers’ motivations include personal psychological demand, role transformation, outside influences and social service, and were closely linked to individual living circumstances. 2.Long-term volunteers held serious leisure characteristics so that they were very willing to take continually participation with joy. 3.Rich learning harvest was obtained in the study course and which was due to personal initiative manner. Joyful learning experience would make volunteers more willing to participate in service. 4.Serious culture volunteers’ service experiences facilitated individual life viewpoint transformation, and brought influence and change to their life and career development. 5.Long-term volunteers held serious leisure characteristics and had the cultural inheritance responsibility. Based on the conclusions above, the research proposed some suggestions to serious leisure culture volunteers, voluntary service utilization units, government coherent units, and also to following researches in the future.
