我國師範院校碩士在職專班學員學習輔導需求與意願關係之研究

A Study on the Learning Guidance Needs and Willingness of Graduate Working Students in Taiwan’s Normal Universities

摘要


本研究主要在瞭解目前就讀師範院校教育學院碩士在職專班一年級學員的現況,並探討其在學習過程中有何不同程度的輔導需求與接受輔導意願之差異。為達成研究目的,本研究採叢集抽樣方式,以我國九所師範院校教育學院之碩士在職一年級學員共1216位為研究對象,研究工具為「碩士在職專班學員學習輔導需求與意願調查問卷」進行問卷調查,回收有效樣本數共370份,使用之統計方法包括描述統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等,將之數據分析與討論,得到研究結論如下: 1.師範院校碩士在職專班一年級學員,整體有學習輔導的需求與接受輔導之 意願。 2.學習輔導需求普遍高於接受輔導之意願。 3.女性學員在各層面的學習輔導需求與意願均高於男性學員。 4.25-34歲之學員在情境困擾層面之輔導需求明顯高於45歲以上之學員。 5.軍公教學員之輔導需求與意願普遍較高。 6.不同婚姻狀況之學員與就讀不同區域之學員,在學習輔導需求與意願上並 無明顯差異。 7.學習輔導需求與學習輔導意願有其相關性。 最後,研究者根據研究結論,提出建議,以作為學校相關單位、教師、輔導工作者及未來相關研究之參考。

This study aims at understanding the present state, and investigating the differences from learning guidance needs and willingness to seek help in the first year of graduate working students at Normal Universities’ colleges of education. To achieve the study purpose, the study method adopted the cluster sampling, which took 1216 first year working students of master programs from the Normal Universities in Taiwan as the population sample; 370 were considered valid. This study tool was a method of questionnaire survey, entitled “Survey of working students in master programs learning guidance needs and willingness to seek help”. It analyzed the data by using the Statistic Descriptive, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson’s Correlation. Based on the study, the findings are as follows: 1. Generally, working students of master programs in Normal Universities have learning guidance needs and willingness to seek help. 2. Intensity of learning guidance needs is higher than willingness of seeking help. 3. In every aspect female students have higher learning guidance needs and willingness to seek help. 4. Situational disturbances in learning guidance needs and willingness to seek help are higher in students ages 25-34 than those above 45. 5. Students who are government workers, teachers, or in the military have higher learning guidance needs and willingness to seek help. 6. Students of different marital status and study location have no obvious differences in learning guidance needs and willingness to seek help. 7. Learning guidance needs and willingness to seek help are both correlated. Based on the conclusions of this study, researcher makes some suggestions for applications and future studies.
