摘要
本研究旨在以能力分析法之「功能分析法」發展汽?美容從業人員專業能?，進而以功能分析法的理論基礎「工作能?模式」驗證汽車美容從業人員專業能力功能圖之內容效度，再據以分析功能圖發展專業能力標準。其研究目的為：一、以「能力分析法」發展汽?美容從業人員專業能?功能圖，二、驗證汽車美容從業人員專業能力功能圖之內容效度，三、分析功能圖發展汽車美容從業人員專業能力標準。
本研究分析之主要結?如下：
一、以功能分析法所發展之汽?美容從業人員專業能?功能圖，其中包含一項關鍵目的、三項主要功能、十項次要功能以及四十四項功能單元。
二、由專業能?功能圖發現能力需求所涵蓋的層面較廣泛，其中包含技術期望能?、管?偶發事件能?、管??同工作活動能?以及管?工作環境介面能?。
三、由專業能?分析專家內容效度的檢核發現，「功能分析法」以「工作能?模式」分析專業技術能力，能符合就業職場能力需求，所發展之汽?美容從業人員專業能力較具前瞻性、生命週期較長，不止注重目前專業能?需求外，還能考量未來的發展趨勢。
四、以「工作能力模式」進行分析發展汽車美容從業人員專業能力標準，具有邏輯思考結構化之優點，能符合汽車美容服務業從業人員專業能力之需求。
最後本研究針對以「功能分析法」發展之汽車美容從業人員專業能?對技職教育、職業訓?及汽?美容維修服務業等提出建議。

Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to develop professional competency for automotive beauty technicians by “Functional Analysis” of competency analysis. Then, “The Job Competence Model” of the rationale of Functional Analysis was adopted to test the content validity of the functional map of professional competency for automotive beauty technicians. Based on the functional map, the study further developed the assessment for professional competency. In brief, the purposes of this study included (a) developing the professional competency functional map for automotive beauty technicians by “Competency Analysis”, (b) testing the content validity of the functional map, and (c) developing the assessment for professional competency.
The main conclusions are:
1. The professional competency functional map for automotive beauty technicians, developed by “Functional Analysis,” includes one key purpose, three main functions, ten sub functions and forty-four functional units.
2. The functional map shows multiple broad-based professional competences, which include competences of technical expectations and competences of managing contingencies, managing different work activities and managing the interface with the work environments.
3. After checking for content validity of professional competency by experts, it was found that the job competence model of functional analysis method could be used effectively to develop as well as analyze professional technical competency. This competency can meet practical demand in industry, have a foreseeing attribute and longer life cycle, and deliberate future trends.
4. In developing the assessment for professional competency for automotive beauty technicians, the job competence model has structural logic. These competencies can meet professional requirement for automotive beauty technicians.
Finally, the study with developed professional competencies offered some suggestions about technical education, occupational training and industry of automotive beauty.
