體育實習輔導教師與實習生互動關係之探究

摘要


教育實習是師資培育的導入階段,對師資生的職涯發展有至為關鍵的影響。而實習輔導教師不論是在教學或是個人社會化行為上,對實習生皆扮演重要的角色,故實習輔導教師與實習生之間的互動關係甚為重要。本研究旨在暸解大五教育實習階段,體育教學實習輔導教師所扮演的角色、運用的輔導策略、師生互動關係之發展歷程,以及師生互動關係之影響因素。透過立意取樣選取一對實習輔導教師與實習生為研究參與者,採觀察、半結構訪談以及文件分析等多元方式蒐集資料,再將資料依研究問題做歸納與分析。研究發現:一、體育實習輔導教師扮演的角色有教學示範者、解惑諮詢者、精神支持者、資訊提供者。二、體育實習輔導教師的輔導策略有(一)適性發展;(二)合作教學;(三)關懷慰問;(四)提供教師甄試資料;(五)隨機討論;(六)主動告知;(七)延伸輔導。三、體育實習輔導教師的輔導階段可分為「跟課」、「小單元教學」、「放手」、「放手-收手」4個輔導階段;體育實輔師生的互動關係則有(ㄧ)君主關係;(二)同儕關係;(三)放任關係;(四)朋友關係。四、影響師生互動關係的因素有實習輔導教師的領導風格、實習生的主動與企圖心、師生的角色扮演、學校環境。

Educational practice is the implementation stage of teacher education, and it is a key stage of student teachers, career development. The purpose of this study was to understand the role of mentor teachers, the counseling strategies adopted by the mentor teachers, the development of teacher-student's interaction and the factors influencing teacher-student's interactions in educational practice of physical education. The results as follows: first, physical education mentor teachers play the role of teaching demonstrator, doubts consulter, spiritual supporter and information provider. Second, the counseling strategies adopted by physical education mentor teachers are adaptive development, cooperative learning, caring for victims, providing information about teachers audition, random discussion, initiative informing and extension counseling. Third, physical education mentor teachers, counseling stage can be divided into several parts, including following class observation, unit teaching, independent teaching and cooperative learning, and the relation between physical education mentor teachers and student teachers are monarch and minister, peer, indulgence and friends. Fourth, factors affecting teacher-student interaction are mentor teachers, leading style, student teachers’ ambition, role-play of teachers and students, and school environment.
