日本華僑學校教師專業成長與工作滿意度之研究

摘要 本研究旨在瞭解日本華僑學校教師專業成長與工作滿意度之現況及關係。研究方法係採問卷調查法及半結構式訪談法,首先透過文獻蒐集與整理,建立本研究之理論架構,並參考編製而成「日本華僑學校教師專業成長與工作滿意度調查問卷」及「日本華僑學校教師專業成長及工作滿意度訪談大綱」,以作為本研究蒐集資料之研究工具。本研究之研究對象為101 學年度日本華僑學校教師。問卷部分,以 49 位日本華僑校教師做為正式問卷之施測對象,分別以單一樣本 t 考驗、獨立樣本 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析;訪談部分,以隨機抽取4位日本華僑學校教師做為訪談對象,將訪談內容歸納整理,以輔佐問卷調查不足之處,獲致結論如下: 一、日本華僑學校教師專業成長有待加強。 二、日本華僑學校教師對其工作之滿意度低於理想程度。 三、不同年齡、不同任教年資之日本華僑學校教師,其整體專業成長現況具有顯著差異。 四、日本華僑學校教師之整體工作滿意度偏低且無顯著差異。 五、日本華僑學校教師之專業成長與工作滿意度具有高度正相關。 最後,根據研究結論對日本華僑教師、日本華僑學校、僑務委員會、教育主管行政機關與後續研究者提出具體之建議。

Abstract The objective of this study was to understand the current status and the relationship between professional growth and job satisfaction of Overseas Chinese School teachers in Japan. The questionnaire survey and semi-structure interview were used to collect the required data. After literature review, a questionnaire on professional growth and job satisfaction of Overseas Chinese School teachers in Japan and an interview outline on professional growth and job satisfaction of Overseas Chinese School teachers in Japan were constructed as the tools for this study. The studied objects were 49 teachers in academic year of 101. Data was analyzed with single t-test, independent sample t-test, single-factor ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, etc.. 4 from the 49 Overseas Chinese School teachers in Japan were randomly selected as interviewees and the content of interviews were collated to the inadequacy of the questionnaire. The results were drawn as follows: 1. Professional growth of Overseas Chinese School teachers in Japan needs to be strengthened. 2. Job satisfaction of Overseas Chinese School teachers in Japan is lower than normal level. 3. Teachers’ overall professional growth shows significant differences in different ranges of ages and teaching experience. 4. Overall job satisfaction of Overseas Chinese school teachers in Japan is low and has no significant difference. 5. Teachers’ professional growth and job satisfaction are positively correlated to a high degree. Based on these results, specific recommendations were given to the Overseas Chinese teachers in Japan, their schools, Overseas Chinese Affairs Council, administrative office of education, and future researchers.
