從職業運動經營探討SBL職業化之困境與課題

A Study on the Issues of SBL’s Professionalization by the Perspective of Professional Sport Franchise

摘要

本研究目的從職業運動的經營的角度，探討SBL目前在經營上遭受的困境，以及經營困境對其職業化可能性的影響。研究使用文獻分析法及半結構式訪談法進行資料的蒐集，訪談對象包括前行政院體育委員會主任委員、中華民國籃球協會秘書長和七支球團負責人。研究結論如下：因為臺灣社會環境的影響，球團與籃協為了彼此的利益，使得職業運動的經營，是以各球團經營者之母企業利益為主，因而導致在組織體系、經營收入與法規制度上的問題。SBL因缺乏聯盟管理而產生組織內部衝突，使雙方難以協商達成共識，因此造成收入分配不均衡和訂定有效法規制度的問題。SBL職業化的困境，實際上為經營SBL的企業所造成，臺灣籃球運動若要朝向職業化經營，整合各球團企業主的意識與力量，是SBL職業化的關鍵課題。

The purpose of the study is to analyze the difficult position of SBL franchise and the possibility of its professionalization by the perspective of professional sport franchise. The research methods included literature analysis and semi-structured interview. The interviewees included the former minister of Sport Affairs Council, the Chief Secretary of CTBA, and the seven teams’ leader of SBL. The result showed that the interests among the seven teams of SBL and CTBA caused some problems which related to organizational system, franchise incomes and regulations. Due to the lack of consensus, the conflict for the interests among them also resulted in the imbalanced incomes and inefficient players’ regulations. In fact, the plight of SBL’s professionalization was caused by the parent companies of SBL. Therefore, the key issue to achieve the professionalization of SBL is to reach the agreement among these teams.
