台南市高中職教師運動行為與疲勞程度及生活壓力之研究

摘要

本研究主要目的在比較不同運動行為教師的疲勞程度和生活壓力之差異，並探討運動行為和疲勞程度及生活壓力之相關性。研究對象為台南市98學年度編制內之高中職教師，隨機取樣實施問卷調查，有效樣本為878份。問卷包括基本資料、運動行為問卷、中文版個人疲勞強度問卷 (CIS)及生活壓力量表。所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本 t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關方法分析。結果歸納如下：
一、39.3 %高中職教師常感到疲勞(CIS＞76)，有規律運動習慣之教師有33.1 %。
二、低運動行為之教師疲勞程度顯著高於高運動行為之教師(p<.05)。
三、高運動行為之教師生活壓力顯著低於低運動行為之教師(p<.05)。
四、運動行為與疲勞程度及生活壓力呈顯著負相關(p<.05)；疲勞程度與生活壓力呈顯著正相關(p<.05)。
結論：較高運動行為之高中職教師其疲勞程度與生活壓力較低，運動行為與疲勞程度和生活壓力有相關。

The main purposes of this study were to compare the differences in fatigue level (FL) and life stress (LS) between the teachers with high and low exercise behavior (EB). The senior high school teachers in the Tainan city were randomly recruited as the subjects, and asked to fill out the EB, LS questionnaires and Chinese version Individual Strength (CIS). Totally, there were 878 valid questionnaires were used and analyzed with independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and the Pearson product-moment correlation. The results were as followed: 1. 39.3 % senior high school teachers belonged to fatigue group (CIS＞76) and 33.1 % of the teachers exercise regularly. 2. The teachers with lower EB had significantly higher FL than that of high EB teachers (p<.05). 3. The LS of high BE teachers was significantly lower than that of teachers with low BE (p<.05). 4. The LS was negatively related to BE and positively related to FL (p<.05). Teachers with high exercise behavior have lower fatigue level and life stress. Exercise behavior was related to fatigue level and life stress.
