員工休閒運動現況調查之研究-以臺灣自來水公司為例

摘要


休閒運動的議題,已成為當前社會的脈動,在強化健康生活與愉悅身心的今天,休閒運動與健康促進品質息息相關,這種概念對於職場員工和企業更是重要。本研究目的為瞭解臺灣自來水公司員工特性、參與休閒運動之現況與對休閒運動感受之間的相關性,本研究以臺灣自來水公司之東(第九區管理處)、西(總管理處)、南(第六區管理處)、北(第十二區管理處)之正式員工約1,484人為研究對象,以問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集,回收有效樣本為601份。研究工具包括不同人口統計變項、參與休閒運動現況及對休閒運動之感受量表。統計方法採用描述性統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t 考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析等進行資料處理與分析,研究結果發現:臺灣自來水公司女性員工稍多於男性,從事休閒運動以促進身體健康為動機,平均每週參與次數1~2 次,通常是利用星期六及星期日從事運動行為,大都利用晚上時段,運動持續時間平均在31~60分鐘,運動阻礙原因以沒有時間佔大多數,2009年約有70%員工無參加公司的運動社團,最近六個月內參加休閒運動最多的項目為散歩,通常是利用社區公園、運動場,大多數以家人為主要同伴。以卡方檢定結果發現:不同的性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度在參與休閒運動時段上有關聯性,而不同的月平均收入、工作性質類別在參與休閒運動時段上則無關聯性。以t 檢定結果發現,不同的性別、婚姻狀況在休閒運動感受上無顯著差異。以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析結果發現,不同的年齡、教育程度、工作性質類別等在參與休閒運動感受上亦無顯著性差異。顯示臺灣自來水公司員工在對於運動的感受總體上是屬於正向的感覺。建議臺灣自來水公司增加成立運動社團及相關運動資訊,員工則先從培養規律性運動習慣著手,再求運動量及運動技能的提昇,以達成終身運動的最終目標。本研究結果可提供臺灣自來水公司規劃員工休閒運動社團之依據及未來學術上相關研究之參考。

The purposes of this study were:(1) to understand the employee’s participating status who work at Taiwan Water Corporation, (2) correlation between participating recreational sports and the quality of healthy experiences. Recreational sports questionnaires was developed and tested by Taiwan Water Corporation’s employees from the east, west, south and north branches, total 1,484 employees. 601 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by demographical differences among participators, participating status, correlation table of quality and experiences. It was analyzed by descriptive statistics, χ2 test, t-test, one way-ANOVA. The results were found that there are more female employees than male employees who participating recreational sports in order to improve individual health as for incentive factor. Respondents participate in recreational sports around 1~2 times a week, and they usually do sports during Saturday and Sunday, and the night time is the most popular. The time average is from 31-60 minutes. The most crucial factor to influence participating recreational sports is the shortage of time. In 2009, about 70% of respondents did not participate in any leisure group and clubs from the company. For the past 6 months, the most popular recreational sports were walking, and the most popular places were the community parks and athletic field. Family members were usually their companions while doing recreational sports. Based on the results of t-test, different gender, marriage status did not significantly influence the quality of recreational sports. From the results of one way-ANOVA, individual factor regression analysis, there is no significant difference between quality of recreational sports and difference in age, education level, occupation. It indicates that employees who work at Taiwan Water Corporation have positive feedback regarding participating recreational sports. It suggests that Taiwan Water Corporation may develop more sport clubs and related leisure information. Employees could start their regular exercise activities as a daily habit, then for more focus on the quantity of exercise and the advanced skills, in order to achieve exercise recreational sports in the long term. This study could be referred by Taiwan Water Corporation studying employee’s recreational sport sand developing leisure events and clubs, and also could be referred by other academic uses and research.
