客語薪傳師團隊協同教學之建構與實踐─以客語魔法學院為例

摘要


客語薪傳師乃綜合語言、文學、歌謠、戲劇等四類學有專長之客語教師,旨在增補現階段客語教師之人員與領域之不足。團隊協同教學之建構,其動機是要營造多面向的客語情境。希冀在客家語言文化的復興工作上,達成效率與效益的實踐指標。客語薪傳師制度的推動,在初始的實務歷程中,發現在推動上受環境背景因素影響,產生諸多問題,進而影響語言教學的效益。本研究期望在客語薪傳師團隊協同教學的省思淬煉過程中,建構一個學生樂意學;老師快樂教的客語教學模式與學習環境。本研究企圖以客語薪傳師為主要研究對象;以團隊協同教學為策略;以行動研究為實踐方法;以提升客語薪傳師的教學專業知能為目的。本研究依據上述為研究軸向提出分析、實證、省思、修正,並歸納結論,以作為日後推動各種客語補助教學活動之依據與參考。研究成果如下: 一、經由客語魔法學院的團隊建構,在協同教學的歷程中自然而然地使客語薪傳師學會了多元的教學技能,解決當前薪傳師制度所面臨的困境。 二、拓展客語薪傳師的全語言教學觀,並且在團隊協同教學中建立良好的教學分享機制,營造薪傳師間的互動學習。 三、建構薪傳師團隊協同的新教學思維觀,改變以往薪傳師獨自申請計畫與傳統教學的方式。提高薪傳師申請傳習班的意願。 四、經由行動研究實踐歷程中,培養薪傳師對問題的發現與解決能力,高單位提升客語薪傳師專業能力發展。 五、建構客語薪傳師團隊協同教學有效模式,做為爾後拓展薪傳師進階研習的培訓課程參考。

Hakka culture and language teachers whose specialties are Hakka ,culture, literature, folk songs and dramas, purpose to compensate the insufficiencies of Hakka culture and language teachers. To construct team teaching is the basis of creating a Hakka learning environment, in order to promote the language and culture. At the beginning in developing the system of Hakka culture and language teachers, the researcher has found some environmental factors and problems which influence language learning. On the purpose of learning Hakka in a positive environment, the researcher tried to investigate Hakka culture and language teachers’ teaching for the sake of professional language teaching procedures. After analysis, proving, amending and reflection, the results were as following: 1. The teaching skill of Hakka culture and language teachers was enriched in Hakka Magic Camp, and it also provided some ideas for Hakka culture and language teachers to solve the problems they have met. 2. It not only did introduce whole language to Hakka culture and language teachers but also shared the teaching concepts. 3. It changed the teaching thought and encouraged Hakka culture and language teachers to apply for Hakka culture and language classes from the government. 4. It enriched the professional teaching abilities of the teachers by using practical action research. 5. Team teaching could become an even more useful way to be advanced Hakka culture and language teachers.
