初探陽明山國家公園從業人員參與環境教育角色功能與態度

Explorative Study on the Role Function and Attitudes of Environmental Education Participants of Yangmingshan National Park

摘要

本研究旨在以環境教育的觀點，探討陽明山國家公園環境教育參與之角色及環境教育推動之需求，研究對象以陽明山國家公園管理處從業人員為焦點，整理歸納陽明山國家公園組織從業人員於環境教育面向推廣之背景、現況及未來發展等內涵，蒐集分析國家公園組織中環境解說及環境教育相關之組織編制之職務目標，並針對國家公園從業人員於國家公園環境教育推動歷程上的所扮演角色及其功能進行分析。
研究者於11個月（2011.08-2012.06）的時間中，以參與的觀察者角度進行研究，並在本研究中採取個案研究法，以個案分析、文件分析、訪談收集相關研究資料，並以三角檢核的方式，歸納瞭解陽明山國家公園從業人員於組織中所參與環境教育的各種面向，並以參與者角色功能及單位職務需求為出發點，探討陽明山國家公園組織推動環境教育現階段之態度，配合國家公園環境教育的持續推動，以經營管理、設施場所、專業人力及課程方案四大面向進行歸納，瞭解陽明山國家公園於環境教育推動過程之組織運作模式，並根據組織人員角色功能，針對從業人員在未來辦理相關環境教育訓練時，提出相關建議。

By the viewpoint of environmental education, this study tries to find the roles of environmental education participants of Yangmingshan National Park(YNP), and focuses on full- time staff. Besides, this study tries to understand the evolution of environmental education participants of YNP, when promoting environmental education, including their backgrounds, statuses, and futures. First, by collecting organizational goals of interpretation and environmental education, it can help to analysis their roles on promoting environmental education and environmental interpretation.
The researcher was an observer-as-participant from August 2011 to June 2012. By case research, the methods of this study include case analyzing, document analyzing, and interview. After this data has been analyzed and discussed in terms of triangulation, these results will show the roles of environmental education participants and their attitudes on related capabilities. These results and suggestions are provided for the organization to promote environmental education.
