幼教老師專業能力、工作壓力之研究-以臺中市為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市幼教老師專業能力與工作壓力之情形,其目的為:一、瞭解臺中市幼教老師專業能力現況。二、瞭解臺中市幼教老師工作壓力現況。三、分析臺中市不同背景變項之幼教老師,其專業能力現況之差異情形。四、分析臺中市不同背景變項之幼教老師,其工作壓力之差異情形。五、探討臺中市幼教老師專業能力與工作壓力兩者之相關情形。為達研究目的,本研究係採問卷調查法,首先透過文獻蒐集與整理,建立本研究之理論架構,並參考編製而成「幼教老師工作概況調查問卷」,針對40所幼稚園的幼教老師進行調查,共計發出200份問卷,有效問卷共194份,並輔以描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析與皮爾森積差相關分析方法,進行資料處理與分析後,獲致以下結論: 一、現任臺中市幼教老師之專業能力皆在中上程度,高於平均水準 二、現任臺中市幼教老師面對的工作壓力除工作負荷外,其餘為可接受範圍。 三、臺中市幼教老師所具備之專業能力會因不同的年齡、任教年資而有所差 異。 四、臺中市幼教老師工作壓力之感受會因年齡、學歷、園所類別、任教年資的 不同而有所差異。 五、臺中市幼教老師專業能力與工作壓力兩者間呈低度負相關。 最後根據研究結論對幼教老師、幼稚園、教育主管機關與後續研究者提出具體之建議。

The study is to investigate the professional capabilities and the working pressure of the kindergarten teachers in Taichung. The purpose is: First one is to figure out the status of the professional capabilities of the kindergarten teachers in Taichung. Second one is to figure out the status of the pressure of the kindergarten teachers in Taichung. Third one is to analyze the difference of the professional capabilities of the kindergarten teachers who have different background. Fourth is to analyze the difference of working pressure of the preschool teachers who have different background. Fifth is to investigate the connection between professional capabilities and working pressure of the preschool teachers in Taichung. In this study, I used questionnaires to collect and adjust literature and established this framework of research. Then I used “the work status of kindergarten teachers” questionnaires to investigate kindergarten teachers from 40 kindergartens. I issued 200 questionnaires to them and the 194 questionnaires are valid. Through descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test, independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA, I got the following outcomes. 1. The professional capabilities of the incumbent kindergarten teachers in Taichung is at middle level, higher than average. 2. The level of work pressure that the incumbent kindergarten teachers face is acceptable, and it can be endured. 3. The professional capabilities of the kindergarten teachers are different from each other because of age, educational background, and seniority. 4. The level of working pressure that every kindergarten teacher faces is total different because of age, educational background, kindergarten categories, seniority and class categories. 5. The professional capabilities and the work pressure of kindergarten teachers are negative correlation. Finally, according to these conclusions, I can provide some specific suggestions to kindergarten teachers, kindergartens, educational authorities and follow-up investigators.
