大學教師職場疲勞與健康促進生活型態之相關性研究

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解大學教師職場疲勞與健康促進生活型態現況,並探討在不同社會人口學背景下,大學教師職場疲勞與健康促進生活型態之差異,及職場疲勞與健康促進生活型態之相關性。研究工具包含職場疲勞量表及健康促進生活型態量表。以符合全國一般大學聘任資格之專任教師作為研究母群體,採立意抽樣,利用網路自填問卷方式進行資料收集,取得有效問卷378份。以SPSS 17.0 for Windows與AMOS 8.0統計軟體進行信、效度分析(結構方程模式)、摘要性統計、描述性統計、推論性統計分析(t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關係數、斯皮爾曼相關係數、複迴歸分析)。本研究結果主要發現: (一)大學教師的健康促進生活型態屬於中低程度。而其中各面向得分最高為「自我實現」,依序為「人際支持」、「營養行為」、「壓力處理」、「運動行為」,最低為「健康責任」。 (二)大學教師「個人疲勞」、「工作疲勞」、「服務對象疲勞」、「工作過度投入」平均分數皆高於全國受僱者常模平均分數,故大學教師屬於過勞高危險群。 (三)自覺健康狀態、工作控制、個人疲勞、服務對象疲勞為影響大學教師健康促進生活型態相關因素。 (四)自覺健康狀態、職級、教育年資、每週工作工作時數、承接計畫數、助理數、罹患慢性疾病數、所屬公私立學校、心理負荷、工作控制皆是影響大學教師職場疲勞相關因素。 (五)大學教師的個人疲勞、服務對象疲勞與健康促進生活型態具有相關性。

The purpose of this study was to understand the job fatigue and health-promoting lifestyles among university teachers. It explored the difference of job fatigue and health-promoting lifestyles between university teachers, and the relationship between the job fatigue and health-promoting lifestyles. The adopted instruments were job fatigue profile and health-promoting lifestyles profile. By purposeful sampling, the subjects were national university teachers, collected by on-line self-reported questionnaires. About 5000 teachers were sent email, 378 teachers provided valid data. Data was analyzed by using SPSS 17.0 for Windows and AMOS 8.0, analyzed by t test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, Spearman product-moment correlation, multiple regressions. The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1.The university teachers’ health-promoting lifestyles was in the middle-lowed level. The highest score was the self-actualization, followed by interpersonal support, nutrition, stressmanagement, exercise, the lowest score was health responsibility. 2.The university teachers’ job fatigue was higher than national workers. Therefore, The university teachers were high risk on burnout. 3.Perceived Health Status, work control, personal burnout and client-realted burnout were the influential factors of health-promoting lifestyles. 4.Perceived Health Status, official rank, teaching years, working hours per week, the number of plan, the number of assistant, the number of chronic disease, the type of school, psychological work demands and job control were the influential factors of job fatigue. 5.Personal burnout and client-realted burnout were negative correlated with health-promoting lifestyles.
