學校運用社區學習資源態度與現況之研究 -- 以淡水地區學校為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討「學校運用社區學習資源態度與現況之研究-以台北縣淡水區為例」。首先探討有關文獻,以作為研究架構及研究目的依據,本研究目的有四: 一. 瞭解學校教師運用社區學習資源的態度。 二. 瞭解學校教師運用社區學習資源的現況。 三. 分析學校教師運用社區學習資源的態度與現況的關係。 四. 根據研究結果結論,提出建議,以供相關行政機關於制定政策時參考。 本研究工具係採自編問卷,問卷調查以台北縣淡水區學校教師為母群體,針對淡水區二十六校進行分層隨機抽樣,有效樣本為301人。最後依據主要研究發現,作成結論與建議。 本研究得到的結論如下: 一、 淡水區教師能將社區學習資源,融入在教學活動之中 二、不同背景變項的教師在「運用社區學習資源的現況」確有部分差異 三、不同背景變項的教師在「運用社區學習資源的態度」上確有差異 四、淡水區教師對「運用社區學習資源」持肯定的態度,有助於推 動社區文化教育工作。 五、淡水區「學校教師運用社區學習資源」實施態度與實施現況的具有相關性與預測力 依上述結論,本研究提出下列建議: 壹、對學校行政單位的建議: 一、訂定獎勵措施,以激發教師及偏遠學校教學團隊善用社區學習資源。 二、學校應加強與社區學習資源單位合作交流,以達到資源共享,活化學習。 三、結合週三進修,參觀社區學習資源,並規劃完整進修計劃。 貳、對教師教學的建議: 一、教師能結合「人文藝術」、「社會科」領域的自編課程,以推廣社區學習資源的文化價值。 二、教師每學期應安排參觀社區古蹟、博物館,以提升學生文化 素養。 參、對家長的建議: 一、能擔任志工,協助學校推動運用社區古蹟教學的相關活動。 二、班級班親會發揮功能。 三、能協助爭取經費,用於社區學習資源之推動。

Abstract The purpose of the thesis is to probe into the “Research of the Attitude and the Present Situation of How Schools Making Use of Community Learning Resources, and Taking Dan-shuei District of Taipei as an Example”. Firstly, probing into relevant documents in order to be as the basis of the research structure and research purpose. There are 4 research goals included: 1. Understanding the attitude of the school teachers and how they making use of community learning resources. 2. Understanding the present situation of the school teachers and how they making use of community learning resources. 3. Analyzing the relation of the attitude and the present situation of the school teachers and how they making use of community learning resources. 4. According to the conclusion of the research result, proposing the suggestions for the reference of the relevant administrative organization while making policy . The tools of the research adopt the methods of the questionnaire compiled by myself, and the investigation questionnaire regards the school teachers of Dan-shuei District of Taipei as the population, and aiming at 26 schools of Dan-shuei District by stratified random samplings. There are 301 effective samples. Finally, summing up the conclusions and suggestions according to the main findings, as follows: 1. The teacher of Dan-shuei District can incorporate the community learning resources in the teaching activity 2. There are surely part differences showing on the teachers of the variables of different backgrounds of the present situation of the school teachers and how they making use of community learning resources. 3. There are sure differences showing on the teachers of the variables of different backgrounds of the attitude of the school teachers and how they making use of community learning resources. 4. The teachers of Dan-shuei District hold definite attitude on “making use of community learning resources”, and that contributes to set cultural educational work of the community into action. 5. The teachers of Dan-shuei District on “making use of community learning resources”, the attitude and the present situation what have been implemented hold the relativity and predictability. According to the above conclusions, proposing the following suggestions in the research: I. The suggestions on the administrative organization of the school: 1. Stipulate the measure of rewarding; make the best use of the community learning resources in order to excite the teachers and the remote school teaching groups. 2. Schools should strengthen cooperation and exchange with the organizations of the community learning resources in order to reach the resource-sharing, and keep the learning alive. 3. Combine the advanced learning on Wednesday; visit the community learning resources, and intactly make plans for advanced learning. II. The suggestions on teacher's teaching: 1. The teachers can combine “literature and art”, the materials which were compiled by those who use them in the field of “sociology course “in order to popularize the cultural value of the community learning resources. 2. The teacher should arrange to visit the historical site, museum of the community each term in order to promote the cultural appreciation of the students. III.The suggestions on parents: 1. Parents can serve as the volunteers to help the school to promote and make use of the relevant activity of historical site teaching of the community. 2. The class Parent Group should promote its effective function. 3. Parents can help to obtain the funds in order to use them to promote learning resources in the community.
