高中音樂教師專業知能需求研究

摘要


本研究的主要目的,在探討高中音樂教師所應具備的專業知能,瞭解教師對於專業知能的需求程度,比較分析高中音樂教師專業知能需求的認知及其因素影響,以針對專業養成教育、在職進修制度提出具體之建議,作為提昇高中音樂教師專業成長之參考。依據研究主題,本研究蒐集相關文獻資料,實施問卷調查與訪談調查。研究的步驟,首先進行高中音樂教師專業知能之相關文獻探討,以研究者自編之「高中音樂教師專業知能需求問卷」及「高中音樂教師專業知能訪談大綱」為研究工具,實施調查及分析研究。調查結果在「高中音樂教師所應具備的專業知能」、「高中音樂教師專業知能之需求」、「師資養成教育」及「在職進修」等方面,均獲得具體發現與結論如下:一、 提出高中音樂教師專業知能學習模式,根據此模式發展高中音樂教師專業知能,其應涵蓋三大領域、九個類別,共三十七項能力。二、 在「專業知能需求」方面,列出十項音樂教師認為最需要的能力項目,作為師資培育與在職進修課程規劃之參考。三、 音樂師資培育與在職進修課程為影響教師專業知能學習需求之主要因素。因此,「師資養成教育」與「教師在職進修」,應配合實際需要,在教育專業、音樂教育、音樂專門課程上,作適當的調整,並訂定完善的教師進修制度,才能有效落實教師專業素質的提昇。四、 高中音樂教師應重視結合社區資源的教化功能,以提昇整體藝術文化水準。根據研究結果,研究者對教育行政當局、師資培育機構與未來之研究,提出若干具體建議,作為教育行政單位、師資培育機構、高中音樂教師及未來研究者之參考。 The study aims to discuss on the professional knowledge, to understand the needs of professional knowledge, and analyze the effect on the professional knowledge of music teachers at senior high school. This study can be significant resource for future teacher education in Taiwan. According to the subject of this study, the researcher collected the related theories and then applied the tools of self-edited questionnaire and individual interview of music teachers at senior high school to realize the needs of professional knowledge. The findings and conclusions of this study are as following: 1. The researcher brings up a learning mode of professional knowledge for music teachers at senior high school in Taiwan. According to this mode, there are thirty- seven competencies, include three areas, nine categories. 2. Line up the top ten competencies that music teachers need to be the consultation of the curriculum program of pre-service and in-service music teacher training. 3. The curriculum of pre-service and in-service for music teacher are major factors that influence the learning needs of professional knowledge. There must be appropriate regulation of curriculum in pedagogical knowledge, music content knowledge and music pedagogical content knowledge of music teacher education, and make faultless in-service system for music teachers. 4. Music teachers must place importance on the function to connect the community that would raise the cultural standing of the arts. Recommendations, based on findings and conclusions, are made for education administration, teacher cultivating institution, senior high school music teachers and future study.
