身心動作教育課程應用於高中體育教學之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討身心動作教育課程應用於高中體育教學實施之可行性,並從教學過程中瞭解高中生對身心動作教育課程實施的接受度與反應,及實施課程對高中生身體覺察能力的影響,最後瞭解教學者在教學行動歷程的反省和成長。   研究方法係採用「行動研究」進行,研究者兼教學者以所任教之A高中一年級某班學生為研究對象,實施10週-二十節課的身心動作教育課程,以上課過程錄影分析、教學日誌、學生心得日誌、觀察員紀錄表、身體覺察能力量表、學生訪談紀錄表等資料作為探討的依據。研究結果發現: 一、身心動作教育課程符合高中課程綱要之教學目標與內涵,課程內容設計經適當的教學活動安排,於高中體育教學是可行的教材,為值得推展的教學課程。 二、大部分的學生對於身心動作課程皆能接受與喜愛,部分課程則有「不喜歡」、「困難」的感受。呼吸探索是同學感受較深的活動,隨著課程進行,進入靜心和自我探索的時間和情況則愈快、愈深入。 三、課程的實施能重新建立學生的身體觀;對於身體覺察能力-呼吸、身體使用、肌肉張力、脊椎活動度、姿勢與疲勞等覺察的提升有正面的效果,惟覺察的程度因學習態度與個人特質在收獲上會有不同。 四、研究者經由行動歷程的省思,在教學技巧、班級經營、課程內容設計、教材熟練度和教學態度等各方面皆有所精進,在教學與自我專業知能上獲得不少收獲與成長。   身心動作教育在高中體育教學上有多方面的效益,惟課程設計與教學實施仍需再進一步地規劃和發展。本研究將針對相關問題及未來研究方向提出建議。

This study was to develop Somatic Movement Education course applied in high school, to understand high school student’s acceptance and reaction for this course, to figure out the effect for students’ body awareness, and to give instructor/researcher a chance for self-examining the improvement of teaching ability. This thesis based on “action research” method. The researcher was an instructor to teach in high school. There were ten weeks with twenty sessions in total for the Somatic Movement Education course. All collected data included all session video record, teacher’s diary, students’ diary, observer’s notes, the body awareness scale, and students’ interview. The results were as followings: 1.Somatic movement education course was workable in high school. The suitable arrangement for these course contents were worth to promote in the high school physical education format. 2.This Somatic Movement Education course was enjoyed and accepted by most students, even though some students disliked and felt difficult for some activities. Breathing exploration was the most impressive experience for students. It became easier and deeper to dive into the meditation status and self exploration after practicing breathing exercise. 3.Students’ body concept was re-built after this course. The positive effect of the body awareness was presented in breathe, body uses, muscle tone, the range of motion in spine, posture and alignment, and tiredness. Student’s learning attitude and personal characteristics were the key point for increasing the level of body awareness. 4.The researcher gained a lot of improvement in teaching skill, arranging course, designing lesson, being familiar with the teaching materials and teaching attitude. Somatic movement education course can offer many positive benefits in high school physical education, but it is needed to have further design and study for the development of lesson contents in the future. This study pointed out more specific questions and suggestions for the future research.
