馬來西亞羽球人材基層訓練體制之策略

摘要

馬來西亞羽球極具國際競爭力，其基層訓練體制策略值得深入瞭解。研究目的：探討馬來西亞羽球隊的基層訓練體制策略，分析學校、政府單位、協會組織及俱樂部與聯賽在基層發展中的角色和作用，進而提出有效的基層訓練體制策略。研究方法：本研究採用文獻分析和深度訪談兩種方法進行研究。文獻分析主要是針對羽球運動相關的文獻進行分析，包括論文、網絡文章、報紙等，藉此了解國際上關於羽球基層訓練體制策略的發展。深度訪談方面，採用訪談方法，訪問馬來西亞羽球隊的教練、選手和相關行政人員，以瞭解馬來西亞羽球隊的訓練體制。研究發現：一、馬來西亞羽球隊建立了完善的基層培育體系，從學校、州縣隊和俱樂部的不同層次進行選拔，實現羽球基層分層培訓。二、馬來西亞羽球隊通過經常參加國際賽事，積極沉澱實戰經驗，提高選手的競技水平。三、馬來西亞羽球隊的成功得益於多方面的因素，包括政策和贊助的支持、良好的團隊協作和選手的努力等方面，達成穩定的成績。

Malaysia's badminton is highly internationally competitive, and its grassroots training system strategies are worth studying in depth. Purpose: this study is to explore the grassroots training system strategies of Malaysia's badminton team, analyze the roles and functions of schools, government organizations, associations, and clubs and their games in grassroots development, and propose effective grassroots training system strategies. Methods: This study adopts literature analysis and in-depth interviews. Literature analysis mainly focuses on analyzing the documents related to badminton, including theses, online articles, newspapers, etc., to understand the development of grassroots training system strategies. In terms of in-depth interviews, interviewees were conducted with coaches, players, and relevant administrative personnel of Malaysia's badminton team to understand its training system. Findings: 1. Malaysia's badminton team has established a complete grassroots training system, selecting from different levels of schools, state and county teams, and clubs to achieve hierarchical training; 2. Malaysia's badminton team actively accumulates game experiences to improves level through international competitions; 3. The success of Malaysia's badminton team is attributable to multiple factors, including policy and sponsorship support, good teamwork, and players' efforts, to achieve stable results.
