本研究為瞭解公協會協助產業界導入電子商務之成效,並提供較為完善的績效評估指標,以幫助各產業的業者瞭解其導入之績效。 透過對於10篇有關於電子商務之績效指標文獻進行探討,再藉由內容分析法及紮根理論,先找出一些績效指標。再以問卷調查及專家訪談的方式來瞭解目前各產業導入電子商務後,所適合之績效評估指標,最後整理出客觀的績效衡量指標。並針對參與「產業別電子商務營運計畫」之產業進行該指標的驗證,以提供受輔導的產業公協會參考,並做為後續調整及修改該計畫之評估指標。 本研究探討結果如下︰ 1. 透過國內、外之文獻分析找出有效之電子商務關鍵績效指標。 2. 由電子商務網站營運之主要4構面如「網站內容」、「系統功能」、「顧客與使用者」及「內部流程」歸納出17個關鍵績效指標。
