Space	"AND" indicates the intertwining of key terms used in a search
Double Quotation Marks ("") ( " " )	Double quotation marks indicate the beginning and end of a phrase, and the search will only include terms that appear in the same order of those within the quotations. Example: "image process" ： " image process "

and is the unique identifier for objects on the internet. It can be used to create persistent link and to cite articles.

Using DOI as a persistent link

To create a persistent link, add「http://dx.doi.org/」「 http://dx.doi.org/ 」 before a DOI.
For instance, if the DOI of an article is 10.5297/ser.1201.002 , you can link persistently to the article by entering the following link in your browser: http://dx.doi.org/ 10.5297/ser.1201.002 。
The DOI link will always direct you to the most updated article page no matter how the publisher changes the document's position, avoiding errors when engaging in important research.

Cite a document with DOI

When citing references, you should also cite the DOI if the article has one. If your citation guideline does not include DOIs, you may cite the DOI link.

With the increasing ratio of older people, Taiwan is becoming an aging society soon. In this situation, the burden of pensions will become more and more severe in the near future. Understanding what factors affect the decision of retirement is very important, since it can help government provide more appropriate pension systems and prevent the shortage of pension funds.
There have been a lot of studies which found that health and economic factors mainly affect the decision of retirement. However, there are few studies which analyze the relationship between preference of leisure and retirement decision. Based on the Life Cycle Model, people who have higher preferences for leisure tend to retire earlier so that they can have more time to enjoy retirement leisure.
In this study, ordered probit model is used to investigate whether leisure preference is related with retirement decision among workers approaching retirement. The results suggest that people who participate in more leisure activities and have higher leisure attitudes tend to retire earlier. But group activity and religion activity have no significant relationships with retirement decision.
Due to the constraints of data, a few important factors such as job tenure and predicted pension are not included in explanatory variables. Nevertheless, this study still provides evidence that leisure preference affects retirement decision indeed. We suggest that future researches which analyze the retirement decision can try to avoid the limitations so that the estimation can be more precise.
