行動電話電池標準化效益與管理之探討

摘要


隨著通訊產業的快速發展,行動電話已經變成現代人日常生活的必需品,在全球的普及率也快速提升,而在台灣行動電話的普及率更是突破100%。而隨著科技不斷變遷成長,對於行動電話使用壽命逐漸變短,汰換頻率高,造成資源使用上的壓力。然而,在使用行動電話的同時,發現了行動電話電池間的不相容性,造成消費者使用上的不方便性以及不必要的資源浪費。 有鑑於此,本研究透過行動電話電池標準化之效益評估,評估電池標準化後,其電池生命週期系統的改變,以及所產生的效益。在不同的電池使用壽命、手機使用壽命以及電池標準種類下,會產生不同標準情境的電池再利用率,因此透過情境模擬。模擬出各種假設情境下的再利用率,而再利用率的改變,會因此帶動整個鋰電池生命週期系統中的變化,評估系統改變所產生之效益。 本研究並探討電池標準化在推動上目前所遭遇的問題,接著針對所面對的問題,從政策、組織、技術等面向,提出適當的管理策略與配套措施,期能改善推動的障礙,並提升標準化所帶來的效益。

With the fast development of the communication industry, the cellular phone has already become the necessities of modern's daily life.The cellular phone popularity in the global improve fast, but it tops 100% in taiwan.With science and technology is being changed and grown up constantly, the mobile used life get shortenned and the frequency of changing get higher.It press on resources to use.However, while using the mobile telephone, the question has found among the mobile batteries no compatibility.It causes comsumer inconvenience on using and wastes unnecessary resource. In view of this, this research is assessed through the standardized benefit of the mobile phone battery.After assessing battery standardization, the life cycle system of battery has changed and produced the benefits.Under different battery using life, mobile using life and standard kind of battery will get different battery utilization ratio in different simulation.So pass situation simulation, the utilization ratio under various kinds of assumption situation happens in simulation.And the change of the utilization ratio, it will drive the change in the battery life cycle system and assessthe benefits. This research discuss on the question of promoting battery standardization, then face the question from policy, organization, technology, etc.According to the question, put forward the proper management policy and supplementary measure.One can improve the obstacle promoted and the benefit brought of standardization.
