可變手杖機構設計與分析

摘要


本論文研究結合手杖跟椅子雙重功能輔具的可變手杖機構設計。本文研究重點是可變手杖機構的創新機構設計與桿件強度設計。本研究首先分析現有可變手杖機構的拓撲構造與運動特性,據此分析結果訂定可變手杖機構的拓撲構造與運動特性的設計限制,再藉由設計限制與顏氏創新機構設計方法合成出11個新型可變手杖機構,接著推導一個新型可變手杖機構的力量方程式,進而依據符合人體工學標準的手杖的桿件尺寸條件與桿件最小受力的條件限制,利用最佳化設計方法合成可變手杖機構的桿件尺寸,最後分析各桿件與銷承受的應力狀態確保可變手杖機構中各個桿件強度皆符合設計需求。本文完整探討可變手杖機構的創新機構與機件強度設計,設計結果符合理論推導亦驗證本研究的可行性。

Variable cane has double functions of cane and chair. The purpose of the study is to design new mechanisms and machine members of the variable cane. First, we analyze the topological structure and motion characteristics of existed variable cane mechanisms. Based on the results of analysis, we conclude the design constraints of the topological structure and motion characteristics. By using the design constraints and creative mechanisms methodology, we synthesize 11 new variable cane mechanisms. And, we derived static balance equations of one of new variable cane mechanisms. According the requirements of ergonomics and minimum reactions of variable cane members, the work used the optimization technique to synthesize the dimensions of members. Finally, this paper calculated the stress of all variable cane members to ensure the member strength satisfied with requirements. The design results show the proposed method is feasible.
