本論文主要探討互動多媒體結合行動條碼辨識,應用於行動校園導覽之研究。論文前段分別對於小螢幕與使用者介面設計及使用性評估等文獻進行探討,其次則針對國內現有行動校園導覽進行使用性與需求性的問卷分析調查,依據調查結果進行校園導覽平台之建構。最後則對本研究平台進行使用性問卷調查與專家評估,藉以瞭解本研究平台在使用性上與現有其它平台差異比較。本研究亦深入進行專家訪談,希望能藉此瞭解行動條碼辨識與互動多媒體應用於行動校園導覽之成效。 經過本研究之問卷調查與專家訪談分析結果,得到以下結論與建議:第一、在介面設計部份,將資訊適當的刪減分類,並運用下拉式選單與路徑列等輔助設計,對於小螢幕介面之使用性有很大之幫助。而適當的運用圖示與色彩輔助資訊內容的呈現,有助於使用者閱讀與理解。第二、行動條碼辨識與互動多媒體互相搭配,並應用於行動校園導覽上,能運用在如所在位置、動畫導覽等服務,且可以增強使用者與平台之互動關係。 最後希望能透過本論文之研究結果,做為未來在相關領域研究與實務製作上之參考依據,進而達到提升小螢幕設計之應用範疇與使用性之最終目的。
This paper examines the application of interactive multimedia design in conjunction with QR code for the mobile campus guide. First, we studied the design of user interface on small screen devices. Second, we distributed a questionnaire to evaluate the demand and desired ease of use of current domestic mobile campus guide devices. A new multimedia platform was designed according to the feedback received from the survey. Finally, we introduced the prototype and compare it with other platforms through user feedback and expert review. Thorough interviews with users and experts also assisted understanding the efficiency of applying the QR code with interactive multimedia design in mobile campus guide devices. The analysis of our research data revealed several key issues to improve mobile campus guide design. Creating drop-down menus and sitemap paths with appropriate trim-down and classification of the information made it more user friendly. Using icons and colors on the display also facilitated use. Combining the QR Code and the interactive media for mobile campus guide to show current location with animation tour guide and other services also enhanced the user’s experience. In conclusion, our case study of the mobile campus guide platform at Kunshan University provided useful guidelines to improve future applications in interactive small screen display devices.
