馬達減速機主要的功能是作為改變馬達轉速的變速機以及增大轉矩的功能用,馬達減速機是廣泛使用於生產工廠的動力系統產品,其機型規格、系統設計匹配、應用操作及維護等,嚴重影響能源效率,低效率的機型所增加的耗用電費超過一倍,但是使用者普遍不瞭解,在選購和應用上有許多改善的空間,因此提升減速機之能源效率,實為刻不容緩的課題。 本研究建立一套制動器法的馬達螺旋齒輪減速機效率檢測機台,可測試馬達減速機之效率,共進行A與B牌螺旋齒輪減速機分別有12個減速機,共24部減速機之測試,試驗結果顯示:A牌螺旋齒輪減速機在負載100%時,1:10減速比之螺旋齒輪減速機以3HP馬達之87.97%的效率最高;1:20減速比之螺旋減速機以3HP馬達之93.45%的效率最高;1:30減速比之螺旋齒輪減速機以3HP馬達之92.55%的效率最高。B牌螺旋齒輪減速機,在負載100%時, 1:10減速比之螺旋齒輪減速機以3HP之87.35%的效率最高;1:20減速比之螺旋齒輪減速機以3HP之88.40%的效率最高;1:30減速比之螺旋齒輪減速機以3HP之91.48%的效率最高,此型減速機都以3HP馬力之減速機效率最高。
The motor speed reducer is a widespread used motor dynamic system product. Its energy specification, system design match, application operation and maintenance and so on, serious influence energy efficiency. The low efficiency type increases consumes the electrical power. But the user does not understand clearly. Therefore the energy efficiency test of the motor decelerator is an urgent topic. A brake method for motor screw gear speed reducer energy efficiency test laboratory was established in this study. The testing procedure was also build up. The purposes of this study were test the effect of A and B brands with 24 speed reducer on reducer’s efficiency. The test results showed that A brand screw gear speed reducer’s energy best efficiency for 3HP motor with 10 reduce ratio are 87.97% at full load. The energy best efficiency for 3HP motor with 20 reduce ratio are 93.45% at full load. The energy best efficiency for 3HP with 30 reduce ratio are 92.55% at full load. B brand screw gear speed reducer’s energy best efficiency for 3HP motor with 10 reduce ratio are 87.35% at full load. The energy best efficiency for 3HP motor with 20 reduce ratio are 88.40% at full load. The energy best efficiency for 3HP motor with 30 reduce ratio are 91.48% at full load. The efficiency of 3HP motor are the most highest.
