整合Kano二維品質模式與IPA建構英文電子教材於智慧型產品品質要素

摘要


隨著資訊技術的發展,許多電子產品快速的開發,特別是平板電腦與智慧型手機快速的興起,隨處可見有人在使用這些智慧型產品。也因為數位技術的發展,網際網路已經成為電子資訊傳佈的重要媒介,透過網際網路龐大的資料量,常常可以找尋到許多的資訊,導致消費者對於音樂、書籍等的購買意願降低,傳統書局為了因應這樣的變化,也發現到智慧型產品的商機,開始發展在智慧型產品上的電子書籍。 隨著地球村的來臨,英文的重要性日益增加,英文成為世界上最主要的語言,是全球國際通用的語言,而且因為時代潮流不但是在求職、升學,英文好的總是佔了上風,因此外語能力強是要件之ㄧ,如何有效地提升外語學習成效顯的特別重要。 因此本研究建構一套英語電子書教材的指標,透過文獻資料和與敦煌書局出版部人員進行討論,歸納出影響消費者購買的各種因素設計問卷,透過問卷的方式調查目前在智慧型商品上英語教材的使用狀況,利用Kano二維品質模式界定不同消費者對於英文電子教材屬性的認知品質,並分別對性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、個人每月平均所得與整體做差異的比較。 本研究提出3個構面分別為「產品介面」、「產品內容」與「教學設計」共有22項相關因素。 在本研究分析結果顯示,歸類在魅力品質要素的佔了3項,歸類在一元品質要素的佔了7項,歸類在當然品質要素的佔了1項,被歸類在無差異品質要素的占了11項。供公司開發新產品時參考,希望能為公司創造更高的利益。

With the development of information technology and the rapid development of many electronic products, especially the rapid rise of tablet PCs and smartphones, these smart products are in use everywhere. It is also because of the development of digital technology that the Internet has become an important medium for disseminating electronic information. The massive amount of data available on the Internet has facilitated search of all sorts of information, resulting in consumers’ diminished interest in purchasing music CDs and books. In response to such change, conventional bookstores have realized possible business opportunities behind smart products and have begun developing e-books on smart products. With the advent of the global village, English has become more important than ever, making it the most commonly used language in the world. English is the universal language and the trend of the times. Those that demonstrate mastery in English tend to have an edge when seeking employment or admission into a school. Hence, language skills are a prerequisite, and how to improve foreign language learning effectiveness is particularly important. Therefore, a set of indicators for e-book teaching materials has been constructed in this study. Through literature data and discussion with staff from the Publication Department of Caves Books, various factors affecting consumer purchases were summarized to design the questionnaire. Through the questionnaire survey of the current situation of English teaching material on smart products, the Kano model was adopted to define the quality of different consumers’ perception toward English electronic teaching material attributes. Additionally, gender, age, educational level, occupation, and personal monthly income were compared with the overall outcome to determine the differences. Three dimensions were put forth in this study, namely, “product interfaces,” “product contents,” and “teaching design,” which consist of 22 related factors. The analysis results show that three items fall under “attractive quality element,” seven items fall under “one-dimensional quality element,” one item falls under “must quality element,” and eleven items fall under “indifferent quality element.” They shall serve as a reference for companies when developing new products, with hopes of generating more profits for them.
