面齒輪齒形過切之研究

摘要


齒輪傳動是最為廣泛的基本傳動方式,面齒輪傳動具有結構簡單、重量輕、噪音小、傳動重合度大等優點,尤其在高速重負載的場合。本文針對正交面齒輪根據插齒刀加工原理,利用Mathematica軟體建立插齒刀加工面齒輪的座標系,利用刀具的曲線方程式,經過座標轉換及嚙合方程式推導了面齒輪的齒廓,且利用過切條件可以得到面齒輪的最小內半徑係數,並搭配Pro/ENGINEER軟體對面齒輪齒廓的幾何建構三維模型,再將三維模型匯入HyperMesh 前處理器,進行有限元素模型網格劃分、材料性質設定、局部座標系設定、邊界條件設定、碰撞接觸模式的選擇、速度載荷設定等,最後藉由LS-DYNA 動力學軟體進行分析求解運算,探討其接觸位置及嚙合位置是否產生邊緣接觸,以及模數、壓力角和齒數差對最小內半徑的影響。

In this paper, based on the orthogonal face gear shaper cutters processing principle, Use Mathematica software to create a face gear shaper cutters machining coordinate system, using the equation of the curve tool, through coordinate transformation equations are derived and engaging face gear tooth profile, and made use of face gear cutting conditions can be obtained within a minimum radius factor, This article applies the HyperMesh preprocessor to carry on the limited element model grid division, the gear material nature hypothesis, the partial coordinate system hypothesis, the boundary condition supposes the grade, finally carries on the analysis solution operation because of the LS-DYNA explicit dynamics limited ultimate analysis software, calculates the gear to it tooth face contact stress, Investigate whether the contact position and the engaged position generate edge contact, as well as modulus, the pressure difference between the number of teeth on the smallest angle and inner radius of influence.
