數位學習環境中不同教學模式對學習成效之影響

摘要


隨著知識經濟世代的來臨,如何有效地分享、使用、創新知識,已成為「資訊」和「知識」爲基礎的知識經濟時代中提昇競爭力必要條件之一。隨著資訊科技不斷的進步,數位學習將傳統的教育模式引領至新的層面,隨時隨地高取得的特性符合現代社會快速變遷的模式,跨越傳統教學時空的限制,營造出自主、個人的學習空間。本研究透過在數位學習環境中採取全程網路學習與混合式學習兩種不同數位教學策略,針對大專學生進行e化管理學一學期之教學實驗,以開放原始碼數位學習課程管理平台建構學習網站,依據共享內容物件參照模式數位學習標準的規範來建立課程教材,以建立數位教材重複使用與共享的機制,課程內容以投影片、串流影像、螢幕擷取多元化的型式展現。研究方法採用實地實驗法蒐集量化與質化資料,由量的分析,比較實驗組及對照組學生的學習效果構面;由值性分析,了解學生的實際學習情形及反應,進一步探討在不同數位教學策略環境下,學習者學習成效之差異,希望了解數位教學環境下,混合式教學環境是否會提升學習者的學習成效,以使對未來混合式教學的推動將會有更實質的意義。

As the generation of knowledge-based economy coming, how to share, apply and innovate knowledge effectively is one of requisite competitive advantages of the knowledge-based economy based on information and knowledge. Since the information technology get better, e-Learning changes the traditional learning environment into novel environment and allows people learn anytime and anywhere immediately with all mobile equipment to fit in with the modern society. Moreover, it can break the limiting time and space of traditional learning environment and make more independent and individualized learning environment. The study is an experimental observation that aims on college students about management of e-Learning and takes two different e-Learning strategies that are whole network learning and blended learning around one semester. The study constructs e-Learning Website by open source e-Learning System and build reused and shared mechanism of teaching materials based on the standard of SCORM. The teaching materials has designed to present with PowerPoint, video streaming, screen capture and other forms. On part of Method, the study adopts a field experiment design to collect both quantitative data and qualitative data. Using the analysis of quantitative data compares the learning effectiveness between the whole network learning and blended learning. On the other hand, the analysis of qualitative data can evaluate students’ learning performance and reception of students. Furthermore, it can explore the difference of students’ learning performance under the different e-Learning strategies. The purpose of this study is to comprehend will blended learning promote students’ learning achievement. Moreover, proving that it has an essential meaning for advance blended learning in the future.
