近年我國教育部極力推動校務研究,期望大專院校利用校務研究了解自我的缺點,以提升學生在校內期間的學習成果或改善自我的辦學績效,其中最受關注的校務議題為大專校院因少子女化衝擊下招生不足等難題,因此本研究提出以校務研究為主軸,探討高中職生選校影響因素且如何改善大專校院的自我形象並提升高中職生對於大專院校的瞭解度及看法。 本研究主要目的在於探討學生選校志願影響因素,以取得之校務資料、外部網站資料與問卷資料進行多面向分析,深入瞭解H科大各學院主要招生來源(包含學生之入學管道、畢業地區、畢業學校與畢業科系)、甄試入學主要競爭學校、大一新生選填大學志願之影響因素與新生主要大學資訊來源。本研究針對H科大106學年度日間部大一新生為研究對象,共發放1063份正式問卷,回收972份,有效問卷為936份,可用率達96.3%。研究結果發現:(1)H科大新生在選填大學志願時,影響因素依重要性之排序為學習取向、就業取向、聲望取向、生活取向、環境取向;(2)在大學資訊來源部分,新生利用大學博覽會或升學博覽會初步認識大專院校,在透過網路上提供的資訊或者大學網站深入瞭解大學;(3)新生在選填大學志願時,以父母親與高中老師之建議為主要參考來源。
This study aims to make an in-depth exploration on the factors of how the freshman choose schools in the H University and to understand the students choose schools information source, conduct situation analysis. After literature review, a questionnaire survey was conducted for collecting research data. Research subjects were the freshman of the H University in 2017. A total of 1063 questionnaires were distributed, 972 questionnaires returned, and 936 questionnaires were valid samples. The effective response rate was 96.3%.The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, and reliability analysis.The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows. The first, the freshman choose schools aspects variable arranged in order of importance learning orientation, occupational orientation, prestige orientation, life orientation, environmental orientation. The second, many students mainly recognize the university through the university exposition, after that check the information about searching information on the Internet or university in detail from the universities’ website. The third, students mainly adopt the opinion of parents and high school teachers as a reference. Finally, suggestions according to research results for the university were discussed.
