以可拓方法與知識庫為基礎之模組化產品設計

摘要


在本文中,提出以可拓方法與知識庫架構為基礎之模組化產品設計系統,藉由產品可拓知識和設計規則的發現與共享,提高模組化產品設計之效益與效率。該解決方案的模組化產品知識建模是先經由品質機能展開獲取顧客需求,然後透過可拓方法和可拓變換過程建立關聯函數,最後以知識推理機制,快速解決顧客需求與產品設計的問題。簡單地說,建立工程設計方案的物元模型和期望設計方案的物元模型,推理出滿足顧客需求之模組化零件選擇。 本研究運用SQL Server資料庫為基礎製作推理機制,其中SQL Server主要用於知識庫的儲存,利用VB.Net透過ADO.NET對知識庫進行搜尋匹配以完成可拓方法與變換過程之推理,進行插入、刪除等操作以完成對知識庫的管理,最後,以二元樹(Binary Tree)結構推理出模組化零件之可行的裝配順序。本文並以樂高機器人之設計研究做為一個實際例子,將選用之模組與零件以SolidWorks作出裝配順序之動畫範例,使客戶可以參考裝配之實體。 總之,模組化產品設計之可拓知識庫系統可提供適合的設計規則和可拓知識。這將提高公司的競爭能力,減少工程設計的變更,達到為顧客而設計的目標。

In the paper, a knowledge-based architecture based on the extension method for modular product design is suggested, in which the product extension knowledge and design rules is discovers and shares to increase the effectiveness/efficiency of the product design with modules. This solution approach involves modeling modular products knowledge by quality function deployment for getting customer voices, building a relative function by the extension method and extension transformation process. A reasoning mechanism is then fabricated based on SQL Server data-base. Last, a particular case of LEGO Robot design is studied through the use of this knowledge based prototype system to prove the effectiveness/efficiency of the product design with modules. However, an extension knowledge-based system of product design with modules is also implemented to provide adapted design rules and share extension knowledge in distributed environment. It will greatly enhance the competitive capability of companies trying to reduce the engineering design change.
