本研究旨在了解臺南市國小教師工作壓力與休閒活動參與對國小教師身心健康之現況,並探討不同背景變項國小教師在工作壓力、休閒活動參與與身心健康的差異情形及分析工作壓力與休閒活動參與對身心健康的預測力。本研究採問卷調查方式,以「工作壓力與休閒活動參與對國小教師身心健康之研究問卷」為研究工具。正式問卷共發放450份問卷,回收441份,有效問卷435份,可用率為98.64%。本研究將回收之有效樣本,採用SPSS套裝軟體為主要分析工具,以描述性統計、t檢定 (t-test)、單因子變異數分析 (One-Way ANOVA)及Scheffe事後比較、皮爾森積差相關 (Pearson product-moment correlation)及迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。最後再根據研究結果,提出結論及具體建議。本研究得到主要結論如下: 一、國小教師整體工作壓力屬中程度;整體休閒活動參與頻率較屬中下等程度;整體身心健康屬中下程度。 二、不同背景變項的國小教師在休閒活動參與上,在不同性別、不同年齡、不同任教職務等有顯著差異。 三、不同背景變項的國小教師在休閒活動參與上,在不同性別、不同年齡、不同任教職務、不同教學年資、不同教育背景等有顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項的國小教師在身心健康上,在不同性別與不同婚姻狀況有顯著差異。 五、國小教師的工作壓力與身心失調狀況呈顯著正相關。 六、國小教師的休閒活動參與與身心健康狀況呈顯著正相關。 七、國小教師的工作壓力及休閒活動參與,對身心健康狀況具有顯著的預測力。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job stress and leisure participation on physical-mental health and analyze the relationship among the three dependent variables and the demographic measures of elementary school teachers in Tainan City. The instrument for data collection in this study was a questionnaire titled “Effect of job stress and leisure participation on physical-mental health of elementary school teachers.” A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed, 441 questionnaires were collected and 435 copies were valid. The valid response rate was 98.64%. By using SPSS, the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, posteriori comparisons of Scheffe’s method, Pearson Product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers have average job stress. The frequency of their overall leisure participation is below the average. Their overall physical-mental health condition is below the average. 2. Significant differences were found between leisure participation and demographic variables of sex, age, and job position. 3. Significant differences were found between leisure participation and demographic variables of sex, age, job position, seniority, and educational background. 4. Significant differences were found between physical-mental health and demographic variables of sex and marital status. 5. There was a significant positive correlation between job stress and physical-mental health. 6. There was a significant positive correlation between leisure participation and physical-mental health. 7. Job stress and leisure participation can predict physical-mental health of elementary school teachers.
