在本文中,針對產品之變異設計提出以模組零組件驅動之產品設計中,應用資料採礦中的群集分析技術來快速決定選擇新產品之現有的產品家族,並且應用現有產品家族之技術方案與模組零件間之品質機能展開,快速找出與顧客需求差異最大的零組件加以重新設計,最後將所需重新設計之模組件配合TRIZ矛盾矩陣,快速應用創新原則之建議,以達到模組件之快速創新設計之目的。 本研究運用SQL Server資料庫為基礎製作推理機制,並以自行車及工具機之設計研究做為實際例子,將顧客需求與設計轉換機制建立起資料庫,使客戶可以參考之實體,讓顧客快速選擇所需之產品。 應用資料採礦技術為基礎之模組化產品快速創新設計方法,將可提升公司的競爭力,達到客戶設計的要求及減少工程設計之變更。 關鍵詞:模組化產品設計、資料採礦、品質機能展開、TRIZ
In the paper, to propose a modular component-driven product design product design for variability.
