摘要


營建專案成本估算作業是營建專案中最重要的工作之一,對承包商而言,利潤是最關鍵的考慮因素,不管是在投標前、執行專案期間、變更設計階段時,成本估算作業都是一個很重要的課題。一般工程建造費由各「工作項目」組成,其組成內容包括:總表、詳細價目表、單價分析表等,在做成本估算時,從單價分析表填入訪價而來的價格,彙整成詳細價目表再到總表,在單價分析上對於成本計算,比起詳細價目表和總表會有較大的影響;過去研究鮮少從「單價分析表」層級切入探討,公共工程委員會的單價資料庫也沒有單價分析的細項;估算人員的單價分析經驗與知識並未做統整以供後續單價分析作業之再利用。基於這三個因素,本研究把範圍限制在建築工程類型的單價分析,針對鋼筋、模板、混凝土三個主要工項,藉由知識本體之概念以及SWRL與SQWRL語法建立一個彙整經驗知識與歷史資料的單價分析模型,透過所蒐集的案例進行案例測試,並經過專家訪談及建議,探討其應用於實務上可能遭遇之困難與風險,最後可提供缺、漏項之檢核及協助估算人員完成單價分析作業,另外也可透過教育訓練,協助不具備製作單價分析表能力之新人建立單價分析表。

Applying ontology to engineering applications has been catching researchers’ attention lately. This study is to propose an ontology analysis model for unit price analysis of construction projects. Firstly experts were interviewed to clarify the scope and identify the targets, followed by data collection. The data collection adopted judgmental sampling suggested by the experts as the data bank for the model. We chose the Protégé software to construct the model including labor, equipment, material, and miscellanea categories. Accordingly 4 attributes of hasMisc, hasMaterial, hasEquipment, and hasLabor were defined to build up the logical connection between all activities. With the establishment of object property, data property, and unit inputs, SWRL and SQWRL languages in the Protégé platform were employed to complete the model. Finally the case study showed how the model works in practice and also presented its contributions of time-saving and error-poof for those who may lack for time or experience. The model additionally provides a user-friendly interface for future configuration upgrade and databank update.
