大專以上青年畢業生初次尋職網絡之探討

摘要

本文主旨在討論大專以上青年畢業生的尋職網絡，尋職網絡為社會網絡的內涵之ㄧ，因此藉由了解青年社會網絡的組成、扮演的角色，對青年就業或尋職歷程可能產生的不同的影響。從政府統計資料顯示，在台灣青年的就業率偏低、失業率高，而造成這個現象的主因有二，一為經濟因素，2008年金融風暴懹勞動市場的不穩定；其二為教育環境之關係，台灣高等教育的擴張，導致青年之就學期間延展，而初入職場青年的年齡也因而後延。再者，針對青年就業、社會網絡及尋職網絡相關文獻進行回顧。
本研究採深度訪談法，以立意抽樣取得受訪樣本，於2010年6月到12月期間，訪談台北、台中、嘉義、高雄地區共23位。針對畢業青年基本背景、就業狀況、以及社會網絡關係進行討論，再以質性的研究方法提出解釋。
內文的分析青年的就業歷程中，因為升學、畢業所產生社會網絡的變化。而本文引用社會網絡特性指標進行討論，以網絡聯繫（強弱連結）、網絡互動模式（親屬及非親屬網絡），還有青年本身對於社會網絡之觀感的角度來延伸本文。而在分析個別社會網絡對象，主要可以將網絡成員分為家庭成員與在學期間網絡成員，並分析兩者對青年所產生的影響。最後提出青年發展自身的人際網絡，以及學校、家庭都可以幫助青年尋職歷程。

The study found that youth labors’social network and job-seekers’ network is one of social network. Because of analyzing network’s contents and role, that social network affects youth employment. From statistical data of the government, it showed low youth employment rate and high unemployment rate in Taiwan.
That has two reasons: the first, the financial meltdown of 2008 caused unsafe labor market; secondary, the overall employment environment, the youth employment situation of facing an unprecedented test, in particular a high unemployment rate of highly educated for years.
The study is based on in-depth interviews with 23 youth labor throughout Taiwan cities such as Taipei, Taichung, Chiayi, and Kaohsiung from June to December in 2010. The study of youth how to use social network and relationships found the first job under the unsafe labor market.
