應用4R至6R過度拘束機構於空間健身器材合成研究

摘要


本文提出一套設計流程,其目的為應用過度拘束nR機構合成空間健身器材。首先,敘述健身器材及過度拘束nR機構的相關文獻內容;其次,解釋本文裡的所依循設計概念,同時初步解釋應用此概念於本文時,所需的步驟,步驟內容;接著,列舉在本文嘗試用於合成新型空間健身器材的nR機構其性質,並於附錄中附上其運動方程式。在第三章中將敘述本文中每一設計步驟的想法、步驟內容及該步驟的結果,接著在第四章介紹經由上述步驟所產生的新型空間健身器材設計實例,第五章則為本文的結論。

並列摘要


In this thesis, an approach is introduced to be applied to synthesize a new type of fitness equipment. This approach is developed from introduced methodology proposed by Yan. The common fitness equipment in the present provides motions acted on a single plane in space whereas that of equipment which is synthesized by applying procedures in the methodology mentioned above is capable of executing a truly spatial motion. Based on this equipment is a combination of two special mechanisms known for overconstrained nR spatial mechanism, this distinguished feature holds. The following contents will cover some descriptions, such as the motivation for procuring this research, literature review ,outline of the methodology cited here, an introduction of the mathematics notation applied to analyze the nR mechanisms, brief introductions of the well known mechanisms adapted here, explanations of each step in the development. In the end, an instance for new type of fitness equipment is presented as a conclusion of the approach.
