以計畫行為理論探討影響單親家長參與繼續學習意圖之因素

摘要


本研究採問卷調查法,以計畫行為理論來分析影響單親家長參與繼續學習意圖之因素。以台灣西部單親家長為研究對象,發出正式問卷540份,最後收回389份有效問卷,以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸等方式進行統計分析,得出研究結果如下: 一、未來五成以上的單親家長有意願參與繼續學習活動,學習類型以專業工作發展最受青睞。 二、單親家長繼續學習態度之現況呈現高正向。 三、單親家長受職場同事鼓勵期許或願意遵從參與繼續學習之現況呈現中高程度。 四、單親家長參與繼續學習活動首先考量本身擁有的經濟條件。 五、單親家長樂見他人繼續學習,經濟情況影響繼續學習意圖高。 六、女性、教育程度高、經濟狀況佳且曾參與繼續學習者之學習態度較佳。 七、女性、教育程度高、經濟狀況佳且受政府僱用的單親家長,在社會期許或遵從他人意見而參與的感受上較高。 八、女性、教育程度高、經濟狀況佳且曾參與繼續學習者可能遭遇阻礙的自我認知感較高。 九、中高齡女性、教育程度高、經濟狀況佳且曾參與繼續學習者之學習意圖較佳。 十、單親家長參與繼續學習之學習態度愈正向、受職場同事鼓勵期許或願意遵從度愈高,可能遭遇阻礙的自我認知感愈好,其學習意圖愈高。 十一、單親家長認為參與繼續學習可能遭遇阻礙的自我認知感、受職場同事鼓勵期許或願意遵從度、繼續學習態度、過去一年是否曾參與繼續學習活動,能夠預測學習意圖的高低。 最後對未來研究之建議就樣本來源、研究方法及研究工具等方面提出討論,以供單親家長、成人教育機構未來研究之參考。

From the perspective of TPB, the research analyzed the factors influencing the the behavioral intention of single parents’ participation in continuous learning intention with questionnaire survey. The subjects were single parents in western Taiwan. There were 389 valid responses collected from 540 questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person correlation analysis, and multiple regressions. The results of the study were as following: 1.Future over half of single parents are willing to participate in continuous learning activities. Most desired type of continuing learn is professional development. 2. The current situation of single parents’ participation in continuous learning attitude was high level. 3. The current situation of single parents’ participation in subjective norm was moderate to high level. 4. Single parents involved continuing learn to consider itself economic conditions. 5. Single parents want others to involved continuing learn, Economic conditions affecting their learning intention. 6. Female, having higher education, higher income and have been involved continuing learn, learning attitude is stronger. 7. Female, having higher education, higher income and government-employed , subjective norm is stronger. 8. Female, having higher education, higher income and have been involved continuing learn, perceived behavioral control is stronger. 9. Elder women, having higher education, higher income and have been involved continuing learn ,the intention of continuing learn is stronger. 10. Significantly positive correlation existed among “ learning attitude”, “subjective norm”, “perceived behavioral control”, and “learning intention” of single parents’ participation in continuing learn. 11.Learning attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and Experience over the past year to participate can positively predict learning intention. Perceived behavioral control was the strongest predictor. Finally, based on the main result of this research, hoping to provide proper suggestions for single parents,adult education's agencies and references for future studies.
