雲端環境下PLM系統使用意圖之探討

摘要


雲端PLM系統是一個貫穿整個產品生命週期的管理系統,企業可透過此雲端系統與供應商、合作夥伴及客戶,共同將新產品的概念具體化,並且相互合作、協同生產、管理所有的產品資訊。只是對企業員工來說,雲端PLM系統是一種新的應用模式,此模式勢必與現行之作業方式及使用習慣產生磨合。本研究參考了任務科技配適模式及整合性科技接受模式的概念,採用量化研究方法來探討企業員工對雲端PLM系統之使用行為意圖。本研究針對電子製造業之企業員工進行問卷調查,共回收388份問卷,有效樣本為314份。研究結果顯示,PLM任務特性與雲端科技特性有著高配適度;而任務科技配適度、績效期望、社會影響為影響企業員工使用行為意圖的關鍵因素,其中又以任務科技配適度最具影響力。希望本研究結果可提供企業在評估及導入雲端PLM系統前參考,以提升企業員工使用雲端PLM系統之意圖。

Cloud PLM system can be used in the all phases of product life cycle. Corporations could share the information between providers, partners, and customers by the Cloud PLM system. For the business workers, Cloud PLM system is a new application and model and it will influence the operation process and tasks. This study proposes a research model based on the concept of TTF(Task-Technology Fit) and UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology), and adopts quantitative approach to investigate the intention of using the Cloud PLM system among business works. The data collection and analysis are based on the questionnaire data of electronics manufacturing industry employees. A total of 388 questionnaires were collected that include 314 valid ones. The major findings are: 1) PLM Task characteristics and Cloud computing technology characteristics had positive correlation with task technology fit; 2) TTF、Performance expectancy、Social influence are the main factors to affect the behavioral intention of employees. Among these factors, TTF is the most powerful factor. The results of this study may help the corporation to improve the intention of using the Cloud PLM system among business works. It is hoped our results can provide useful suggestions for businesses to enhance their works’ intention to adopt Cloud PLM system in the future.
