The paper tries to examine the relation between fund managers’ educational background and fund performance. Based on the samples of fund managers performance in 2013, we find that female fund managers performance is better than male fund manager. Fund managers who have foreign education performance is better than fund managers who have domestic education. Fund managers who have university degree performance is better than fund managers who have master and doctor degree. Fund managers who study other departments performance is better than fund managers who study business and management. Fund managers who ever worked in CPA firm performance is better than fund managers who worked in other industries, and their performance is more stable.
