摘要
探究高齡社會的成因，不婚與不育造成的少子化現象是其中之一。本研究以無子女中年女性之老化觀點及對於子女義務角色之看法切入，進而分析其老化準備規劃及行動的層面及積極度。透過觀點與行動面的連結脈絡，更瞭解該族群老年期之實際需求，並期能反映在前端預防教育的方案落實上。
本研究主要研究目的如下：
一、 瞭解無子女中年女性對於老化的界定與意涵。
二、 分析無子女中年女性對於老化準備的規劃。
三、 探索無子女中年女性對於「子女」義務及角色之看法。
四、 探討無子女中年女性對於老化準備的行動。
五、 根據研究結果，提出具體建議，提供高齡研究者與實務單位規劃學習方案規劃之參考。
本研究採質性研究，並針對七位無子女中年女性進行訪談。透過半結構式的訪談題目，自發式的論述其對老年生活的願景期待及顧慮，並能延伸引發本身對於老化內涵及子女義務角色的觀點想法。透過本研究過程獲得以下四點結論：
一、 無子女中年女性對老化的觀點，非以年齡、生理單一切面論定，並以無子女身份產生矛盾的老化反思。
二、 無子女中年女性對於老化準備較無危機感。
三、 子女之義務功能對於無子女中年女性是可以被社會支持系統取代，但在扮演情感依附及期待希望的角色上仍有不可取代的重要性。
四、 無子女中年女性對於老化準備的規劃及行動呈現認知清楚，但作為消極的趨向度。

Abstract
Explore the causes of aging society, the reducing rate of birth and marriage is the important reason. This study analyzes the planning and action of aging preparation from the perspective of aging and filial performance by childless middle-aged women. To realize the real need in their future old-age and implement the prevention education by understanding the connection from the perspective and action. The purposes of this study are as followings:
1. To understand the aging definition and meaning of childless middle-aged women.
2. To analyze planning situation of aging preparation by childless middle-aged women.
3. To explore the perception for children’s role and obligations by childless middle-aged women.
4. To discuss the aging preparation action by childless middle-aged women.
5. According to the research results, offer the suggestion to the researcher and institution as reference for learning programs planning.
Semi-structured interview of qualitative research methods is conducted with seven middle-aged women with no children. The conclusions of the study are summarized as followings:
1. Childless middle-aged women’s perspectives on aging are not just from age or physical section, and have conflicting views on aging base on childless.
2. Childless middle-aged women do not have crisis consciousness with aging preparation.
3. Children's obligation and function can be replaced by social support system, but on the emotional attachment and future hope still have an irreplaceable importance.
4. Childless middle-aged women have clear cognitive but negative attitude in the planning and action of aging preparation.
