本研究之研究目的在了解男性直接人員家庭生命週期、生涯阻隔與組織承諾之關係。採用問卷調查法,採立意抽樣,以嘉義地區機械、金屬製造業之男性直接人員為研究樣本,發放470份問卷,總共回收實際有效問卷363份,並藉由描述性統計分析、Pearson積差相關分析、驗證性因素分析、單因子變異數分析及階層迴歸分析等方式進行檢驗。經統計分析後,研究結果發現: 1.不同背景變項,如年齡、教育程度、配偶就業情況、工作年資,對組織承諾有部分影響。 2.不同階段的生命週期對情感承諾有影響。 3.自我認識對家庭生命週期與組織承諾有部分干擾效果。 4.學校科系對家庭生命週期與組織承諾有部分干擾效果。 5.多重角色壓力對家庭生命週期與組織承諾有干擾效果。
This study is to explore the relationship between family life cycle by male direct labor, career barriers and organizational commitment. The researcher adopted questionnaire survey method and purposive sampling and took the male direct labor from Chiayi as the study samples. The total of 470 questionnaires were sent out and collected. The actual valid questionnaires were 363 copies. They were examined by descriptive statistics analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results of ths statistics analysis are stated as follows: 1.The variables of personal background, such as age, education level, employment condition for spouse, working experiences have partially effect on organizational commitment aspects. 2.The family life cycle has effect on affective commitment. 3.The self-understanding has partially effect between family life cycle and organizational commitment. 4.The department of school has partially effect between family life cycle and organizational commitment. 5.The stress and coping in multiple-role has partially effect between family life cycle and organizational commitment.
