優秀桌球運動員責任感與利社會行為之培育模式

摘要


本研究目的在了解優秀桌球運動員責任感與利社會行為之培育模式。採質性研究,以立意取樣方式選取卓越基層青少年桌球教練三位,以及受教於該教練的優秀桌球運動員六位為研究對象,以TPSR為理論基礎,採半結構式訪談收集資料。所得資料以開放性編碼、主軸編碼及選擇性編碼,持續歸納、比較及分析,藉以正確且完整地詮釋資料的內涵與概念。優秀桌球運動員責任感與利社會行為之培育模式內涵主要包括:教練帶隊策略、尊重、努力與合作、自我導向、幫助與領導、家庭與環境、遷移等概念。教練帶隊策略的概念包含:教練期望、教練身教、教練言教、團隊規範與紀律;尊重的概念包含自我控制、接納他人為合作夥伴;努力與合作的概念包含:自我激勵、努力目標與新任務的探索、嘗試與他人和諧相處;自我導向的概念包含:獨立執行任務、目標設定過程、勇於抗拒同儕壓力;幫助與領導的概念包含:關懷與同情、內在力量;家庭與環境的概念包含:家庭教育、階段性教育;遷移的概念包含:環境適應力、在生活中嘗試、作為他人典範等。桌球運動員責任感與利社會行為的培育模式可以透過卓越教練的領導與訓練,同儕選手的有效互動策略,有利的家庭教育與訓練環境,以及訓練時期的養成等。

The purpose of this study is to explore the mode of growth of responsibility and prosocial behavior for elite table tennis players. Based on TPSR (teaching personal and social responsibility) theory, qualitative approach will be used in this research. Three excellent youth table tennis coaches and six elite players who were taught by them were chosen in purpose sampling way. All collected data were coded in open coding, axial coding, and optional coding methods. To explain the concepts and contents exactly and completely, kept inducing, comparing and analyzing. The mode of growth of responsibility and prosocial behavior of elite table tennis players include multiple concepts: The strategy of a coach leading a team, respect, effort and collaboration, self-direction, help and leadership, family and environment, migration. The concept of the strategy of a coach leading a team include: coach expectation, teaching in example, teaching in precept, team rule and principle. Respect includes: Self-control, accept others to be partners. Effort and collaborate include: Self-motivation, objective and exploring of new task, trying to be with others in peace. Self-direction includes: Running a task independently, process of setting objective, confronting the pressure from peer bravely. Help and leadership include: care and compassion, inner power. Family and environment include: Family education, phase education. Migration includes: Environment adaption, trying in live, being idol for others. The development model of responsibilities and prosocial behavior for elite table tennis players can fulfill via leading and training with excellent coach, affected interactive strategy with peer player, benefit family education and training environment, growth in training.
