摺紙數學多媒體教學對國三學生幾何學習成就與數學學習態度之影響

摘要


本研究的目的在探討「摺紙數學多媒體教學」對國三學生幾何學習成就與數學學習態度之影響,採用等組前後測實驗設計,研究對象為南部地區某完全中學國三學生,以研究者任教之兩個班級分別為實驗組與對照組,實施約三週十七節課的「摺紙數學多媒體教學」與「傳統講述式教學」。實驗組教材為研究者自編,對照組則為數學教科書。 教學實驗結束後,將後測成績進行共變數分析,結果如下: 一、「摺紙數學多媒體教學」對國三學生幾何學習成就未達顯著影響。 二、「摺紙數學多媒體教學」對國三學生數學學習態度之影響效果有限。 三、「摺紙數學多媒體教學」激發學生的想像力,且有高度的正向回饋,以及能應用於立體的創意作品。 最後,根據本研究的結果及結論,提出教學及未來研究的建議。 關鍵詞:摺紙數學、多媒體教學

The aim of the research is to explore how origami mathematics teaching with multimedia influences the ninth graders’ achievement of geometry learning and mathematical learning attitude by adopting pretest-posttest control group experimental design. The objectives are the ninth graders the researcher teaches in a six-year comprehensive high school in the southern Taiwan. They are divided into two groups. One is the experimental group, and the other is the control group. The researcher conducts 17-period origami mathematics teaching with multimedia and traditional didactic teaching respectively during the three weeks. The teaching material in the experimental group is self-designed by the researcher while the teaching material in the control group is the textbook. After the experiment, the researcher did an analysis of covariance based on the posttest grades. The results are as follows. 1. Origami mathematics teaching with multimedia has no obvious influence in enhancing the ninth graders’ achievement level of geometry learning. 2. Origami mathematics teaching with multimedia has limited effects on mathematical learning attitude of the ninth graders. 3. Origami mathematics teaching with multimedia stimulates students’ imagination and gets positive feedback. It can also be applied to three-dimensional creative works. In the end, according to the results and conclusions from the research, the researcher makes a few suggestions about teaching and future research. Keywords: origami mathematics, multimedia teaching
