摘要

農業政策是農業發展的重要因素，而農業政策如未適時改善，未來可能將面對危機，故需要持續改善並檢討政策。
　　本研究結果顯示，台灣的稻米政策於整體上仍有改善空間，例如保價收購的政策；而台灣可以效法日本政府的施政模式，將經費用彈性、效率的使用;並以土地集中化、技術集約化來降低人力成本為目標來進行發展。

Agricultural policy is a key point of agricultural development.And it would face risks if agricultural policy have no update.Based on this reason, policy needs keep updating and research.
Conclusion suggests:Taiwan's rice policy still have to improve.For example,guarantee price policy is the one.The other side,Taiwan could take Japan's experience to improve rice policy that develop elasticity and flexibility.To save cost of human resources,make the agricultural land centralization and technology collecting.
