本研究以制度理論及整合與回應架構來進行制度轉變與組織適應策略的探討,探討面對地主國制度面改變時,母公司及海外子公司會如何因應而做出策略調整。 採取質性研究方法中的個案研究法進行本研究的分析,以在台藥商、全球製藥產業的龍頭之一P公司做為本研究之研究對象,以訪談法了解P公司在制度面改變(全民健保制度)時的因應策略及作為為何。 本研究結果發現(1)在面對地主國制度變遷下,海外子公司其組織架構、規範、策略方向會與母公司一致;(2)在面對地主國制度變遷下,海外子公司會強化自擁優勢以創造在地顧客價值。當地主國環境制度變遷之下,母公司及海外子公司會做出適當的策略調整來因應外在環境的改變,不讓地主國制度面改變造成海外子公司的阻礙。 關鍵字:藥廠、全民健保制度、制度理論、整合與回應架構
This study used institutional theory and integration-responsiveness framework to discuss the change of institution and organizational adaptation strategies. Discussion on when the enterprise faces the host country institutional system change, parent firms and oversea subsidiary will how to respond and adjust the strategy. Adopt the case study of qualitative research methods in the analysis of this study. Take the drug dealers P company in Taiwan, one of the leading global pharmaceutical industry as a research object of this study. With the interview method to understand P company face the change of institution (national health insurance system) how to adjust strategy. The results of the study found that (1) In the face of institutional change of the host country, the organizational structure, norms and strategic directions of overseas subsidiaries consistent with the parent firms; (2) In the face of institutional change of the host country, overseas subsidiaries will enhance ownership advantages in order to create local customer value. When the host country institution system changes, the parent firms and overseas subsidiaries will make appropriate strategy adjustments to respond the change of external environment, don't let the change of host country institutional system cause the impediment obstacle of oversea subsidiaries.
