國立高雄師範大學太極龜籃球隊運動團隊文化研究

A Research on Sport Team Culture of National Kaohsiung Normal University Tai Chi Kuei Basketball Team

摘要


運動團隊所營造的文化,對於團隊成員的影響甚大。有鑑於臺灣目前籃球員培育環境的特性,因而探討國立高雄師範大學太極龜籃球隊運動團隊文化。研究者根據學者理論修正,採文獻分析法探討運動團隊之外部環境;以半結構式深度訪談來瞭解內部因素的核心概念,並將兩者研究結果歸納與分析,勾勒其運動團隊文化特性。研究結果如下:一、外部環境:高雄師大太極龜籃球隊隸屬於UBA公開一級,是學生籃球賽事最高層級,在近年來的賽制改革下,各隊實力水準平均,替國家培育籃球人才、帶動校園運動風氣、興起企業贊助賽事之風潮;高雄師大太極龜籃球隊於2004年開始發展,在UBA公開一級的最佳成績為102學年度的亞軍,球員全人教育方面則有太極龜籃球關懷學習之旅、太極龜籃球隊讀書會、太極龜英文加強班、太極龜教育理論課程等作法,在訓練方針則強調重視多方面諮詢,以開放態度學習,並重視球員的自主訓練。二、內部因素:領導部分顯示教練為家長式領導,且強調分層決策與和諧互動;目標部分則重視球員的教育與發展。雖強調冠軍的追求,但不以勝負論成敗;結構部分顯示出球員在競賽場上無地位高低之分,其餘則重視長幼倫理以及團隊榮譽、生活教育、學生本分;比賽部分則是體能佳、防守強悍、強調轉換快攻與籃板球衝搶,重視無私心態與團隊至上。三、團隊文化整體概況:經歸納與分析後,統整出對應內部環境四個部分的12個不同向度團隊價值觀,以及89個團隊價值觀陳述句。本研究結果可對學生運動員與教練們帶來不同的想法與思維。

The culture that a sport team creates has a huge impact on the team members. In view of Taiwan’s current environment characteristics of fostering athlete, the researcher starts out the research on sport team culture of National Kaohsiung Normal University Tai Chi Kuei (in the literal meaning, Tai Chi Turtle) Basketball Team. After amending scholars’ theories, the researcher reviews the external environment of the sports team through documentary analysis and comprehends the core concept of the interior factors via semi-structured interviews. Then, by inducing and analyzing the research results, outlines the cultural characteristics of the sport team. The research results were as followed. 1.External environment: National Kaohsiung Normal University Tai Chi Kuei Basketball Team is affiliated with first division of University Basketball Association (UBA), which is the highest level among student basketball games. According to the reformation of the game system these years, each team is now well matched in strength. Therefore, it fosters qualified basketball players for the nation, promotes the sports culture in school, and raises enterprise-sponsoring trend. Established in 2004, National Kaohsiung Normal University Tai Chi Kuei Basketball Team won the second place at the year 2013 as team best record on the first division of UBA. As for the players’ holistic education, the team requires Tai Chi Kuei Basketball Team social care study tour, Tai Chi Kuei Basketball Team study group, Tai Chi Kuei Basketball Team English tutorial program, Tai Chi Kuei education theory course, etc. Then for training methods, the team emphasizes the all-around consultation, open-minded learning attitude, and players’ self-training. 2.Interior factors: In the aspect of leadership, the coach has Chinese paternalistic leadership that insists on decentralized decision-making and concordant interaction. As regards the goal, the team values players’ education and development. Though the pursuit of champion is primary, the team doesn’t take the outcome of games as the definition of success. And for the structure part, the team reveals that there is no difference in status on the court. But once off the court, players respect for seniority and place importance on team honor, life education and students’ duty. Last, as far as the game is concerned, the team lays emphasis on well fitness, strong defense, fluent transition and rebound defending. Selfless mentality and teamwork is the most important. 3.General situation on team culture: After inducing and analyzing, the researcher comes up with 12 team values on distinct dimensionality corresponding to 4 parts of external environment, and 89 declarative sentences on team value. The conclusions of this research can provide student athletes and coaches with different ideas and thoughts.
