台灣蝴蝶蘭競爭優勢與國際行銷策略之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討台灣蝴蝶蘭競爭優勢並進一步評析國內蝴蝶蘭業者國際行銷策略之方向，基於目前蝴蝶蘭相關研究多以育種技術等著墨，但在企業管理部份甚少有學者探討。本研究考量研究目的與資料來源之獲取，選擇以質性研究方式進行此研究，藉由文件評析、訪談法與觀察法三種方式交叉分析相關資料，得知我國在育種、生長環境與政策上擁有其競爭優勢，而業者在國際行銷策略之方向首重品質為基準點，進一步考量公司規模、市場環境而作策略規劃。

This research is for the purpose of discussing Phalaenopsis Aphrodite Reichb.f. competitive advantage and further evaluates direction of the domestic Phalaenopsis Aphrodite Reichb.f. entrepreneur international marketing strategy. Because the present Phalaenopsis Aphrodite Reichb.f. research mostly is the breeding technology , the very few scholars discuss the business management of Phalaenopsis Aphrodite Reichb.f. This research consideration research goal and the data source obtain the way, and choose the qualitative research conduct this research. Selection document evaluation,
semi-structured interview and observer as participant three way cross-over analysis correlation data. Discovered that our country in the breeding, the
habitat and the policy has the competitive advantage. And the company enterprise most takes the high quality in the international marketing strategy direction, further consideration company size, the market environment makes the strategy plan.
