濕地環境解說系統規劃之探討-以國立屏東科技大學後山生態池為例

摘要


濕地在環境規劃裡扮演重要的角色,將濕地引入公園,慢慢成為一種趨勢,但濕地的創造在永續發展的思潮底下,生態景觀池的營造也與過去不同,以消耗最少的能源與資源、對環境的尊重與呼應,而達到最佳的教學效果。如能利用適當之空地與水源營造生態化水池,不僅具有景觀、休憩、教育功能,更可為環境增添一些適合動植物生長之生態空間,對生物多樣性保育具有重大而直接的意義。 在生態關懷與環保意識與日俱增之際,民眾的認知已將自然、生態、保育、景觀等議題作為觀光旅遊的主軸。除了環境教育外,透過解說更可幫助遊客認識週遭環境,期許一趟更豐富充實的生態體驗之旅。 本文利用文獻回顧與理論歸納、案例比較分析以及個案研究統整出濕地環境解說系統規劃方法,並以屏東科技大學後山池為個案研究,加以分析說明並提出建議,作為後續生態濕地規劃導覽解說及永續經營之參考。本研究結果統整如下: 1.規劃人員必須有濕地規劃專業知識 2.訂定以環境教育為目標的濕地環境解說導覽系統 3.對於濕地現況的各方面分析與統整 4.增進對人工濕地環境教育推廣的積極度 5.課程方案與夥伴關係建立 依據研究結果對於後續經營管理方面提出濕地維護、定期召開會議、環境監測與成效研究的實質建議。

A wetland plays an important role in the environmental planning. It has gradually become a trend to introduce wetlands into parks. Because of sustainable development, the construction method of an ecological pool is different from the past. It is to consume the least energy and resources and to respect the nature, which can be the good learning materials for students. If a right open space and water resources are developed into an ecological pool, it not only provides the functions of landscaping, recreation and education but also creates an appropriate environment for plants and animals, which obtains a major and direct meaning for conservation of biological diversity. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and ecological balance, the issues such as the nature, ecology, conservation and landscaping are the main axis for tourism. Besides environmental education, interpretative development program can help tourists know about the environment and experience a fruitfully ecological trip. From the results of literature reviews, inductions in theories, analysis among case studies and single case study, this research proposes an interpretative planning method and design principles on interpretative system for wetlands. This research site is at the wetland park at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST).
