本研究主要是為瞭解特殊學校高職部智能障礙畢業生接受就業轉銜服務歷程之探究。以主要照顧者、雇主、導師與職業輔導員為研究對象,共八位;本研究採質性方式進行,透過半結構式深度訪談來作研究資料的收集,並以主題分析法進行資料分析。 本研究主要結論如下: 一、智能障礙學生之特定的窄化職業能力評量工具及施測人員素質不 一影響職業能力評量實施成效。 二、智能障礙學生之學校就業轉銜課程以洗車、清潔與烘焙為主,學 生能力及家庭功能會影響課程成效。 三、智能障礙學生之就業安置以洗車以及清潔為主,因家庭支持缺乏 通合作及社會包容度影響就業安置成效。 四、智能障礙學生畢業後之六個月內的就業追蹤輔導,因學校人力資 源及家庭支持影響輔導成效。 最後,研究者針對上述研究發現提出建議,以供未來研究者參考
This research aims to explore the employment transition services for the vocational high school students with mental retardation in the special education school. The subjects of the researcher included the caregivers, homeroom teachers, employers, vocational counselors of the vocational high school students with mental retardation. The data was collected through the qualitative method and deep, semi-structured interview. The data was analyzed by means of the thematic analysis. The conclusion is as following. 1. The improper evaluation of the narrowed employability qualified testing personnel affected the effectiveness of the vocational evaluation. 2. The employment transition courses focus on car washing, cleaning, and baking. The students’ capability affected the effectiveness of these courses. 3. The students’ employment was mainly placed in the area of car washing and cleaning. The lack of family communication, supportiveness, and tolerance from the society affected the effectiveness of the employment placement. 4. The lack of the family support and the school personnel affected the effectives of tracking guidance for the students within 6 months after their graduation. Finally, the suggestion is brought up as the reference to further investigators.
