以沈浸理論探討高中生使用智慧型手機成癮之研究

A Study of Senior High School Students’ Smartphone Addiction Based on the Flow Theory

摘要


智慧型手機對高中生而言,如影隨形,影響甚大。卻也衍生了相當多的問題,如成癮、健康等,因此有必要來了解高中生使用智慧型手機的情形。本研究旨在探討高中生智慧型手機的使用情形,學生的使用頻率、使用動機、沈浸狀態與智慧型手機成癮的關係,進一步探討智慧型手機成癮對健康及學業成績之影響。本研究採便利抽樣方式進行問卷資料蒐集,以SPSS以及AMOS進行資料分析。 研究結果發現,高中生幾乎是人手一機了,使用智慧型手機的時間越長,成癮情形越嚴重,Line、臉書使用頻繁,沈浸會造成智慧型手機成癮,智慧型手機成癮與健康有顯著影響,智慧型手機成癮與學業成績有低度且達顯著之負相關。最後依據研究結果及發現提出相關建議,以提供學校、家長及後續研究者作為參考。

For senior high school students, smartphone is of great importance and must be carried wherever they go. Yet, this has resulted in a lot of problems, such as addiction and health issues. Therefore, it is necessary to explore senior high school students’ use of smartphones. This study aims to explore senior high school students’ use of smartphones, the relationships of their frequency of use, motivation of use, and state of immersion with their smartphone addiction, and, moreover, the influences of smartphone addiction on their health and school performance. This study adopted the convenience sampling method to collect data using questionnaires. And the collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. According to the research findings, almost every senior high school student has a smartphone. The more time they spend on their smartphone, the more serious their addiction is. They use Line and Facebook frequently and their immersion leads to their smartphone addiction. The relationship between smartphone addiction and health is significant. And there is a weak but significant negative relationship between smartphone addiction and school performance.Lastly, based on the research results and findings, some related suggestions were proposed by this study, as references for schools, students’ parents, and follow-up researchers.
